"The hair dryer doesn't work. It can only be used for 2 minutes before preheating. Wait for 10 minutes and then use it for another 2 minutes. It's wall-mounted and the housekeeping department doesn't have a spare one. The hair dryer in one room broke down and couldn't be used, and the housekeeping department couldn't provide a spare one."

"This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay."

"I booked a room for 2 days. On the first day I checked in, I found that the door lock was broken (I could close the door but couldn't lock it). Since it was too late, I didn't ask for a room change that night. I informed the front desk staff the next day and asked for a room change, but the result was... After we came back from the tour, we found that the faucet in the room we changed was not flowing. We asked to change rooms again that night. The conditioner bottle in the third room was empty and was not replenished in time. I was really speechless and will not book again."

"We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay.
The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus."

"Perfect location if you are in town to watch the Oilers game. The facility is old, towels were old and almost worn out! Bathroom was pretty clean, but other areas like the headboard, lamps, TV were really dust.
The lighting was really poor even with the lights on.

"I have stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting my Mom and it has been very clean, the staff are super nice and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was simple, not the best but it was fine. It had toast, waffles, cereal, hard bed eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and a couple of hot items that I did not eat. I like the fact that I can go for a swim in their pool which was very clean or walk over to Denny's for a bite to eat and get 15% off."

Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up).

FFrankiePlace was reasonably clean, amenities are ok and breakfast is good. However they are understaffed at night, making check-ins a long process. There's only one attendant and when I arrived there are at least 8 people In the line. No bottled water or sandals.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

ゆゆBecause it is a suburban location, you can only use a taxi. The nearby downtown is West Edmonton Mall, where we tried to take a public bus, but it was limited time. Uber might be useful if you go.
Hotel facilities are great.
The image is an elevator, but it does not work unless you insert a card key.
There is an indoor pool, with water rider !!
There is also a free self-service breakfast, but the grill restaurant next to the hotel is not that expensive and is rather good.
I wonder if the amount of money at the front stall is not so much. I am glad that the ginger ale I sold was Schweppes

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
