"From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful."

"Today is August 4, 2026, I am temporarily opening an online meeting at Suning Yayue Hotel. After I mentioned the need for quiet space with the staff, they immediately arranged a small vacant meeting room for me, and also prepared paper and pen and warm water intimately. After the meeting, I accidentally left the U disk in the venue. Auntie Cleaning sent it to the front desk to contact me as soon as possible. "The first time I came to Anhui, I just booked a hotel. I didn't expect it to be much better than I thought. The location is particularly easy to find. It is two steps from the train station. It is also convenient to take a taxi and can be directly located downstairs. The room is large, the facilities are very complete, and the sound insulation is not bad. "Dated facility with carpeted rooms and hardened mattresses. Internet barely worked. TV is small. Windows badly need to be cleaned from the outside. Air conditioning is slow and barely cools the room down. Elevator buttons malfunctioned, when choosing up or down make sure it stays activated. Bathtub is big, and there is a Luckin Coffee shop and convenience store in the same building."

"The whole house intelligent system is very convenient. Voice can control the lights, curtains and air conditioning, and can be operated in bed.
The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which solves the laundry problem of long-distance travel and is very practical.
The hotel gym is also great and the equipment is very new.
The most important thing is that the front desk lady's service attitude is super super warm. Seeing that we hold the children, we picked a parent-child room and have building blocks toy facilities. The children are very happy.

"On our vacation, a group of friends and I decided to drive to Chuzhou. After looking at many hotels, we ultimately chose the classic Sheraton. The hotel's location is great, and parking is very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. "The hotel I booked after the Huluguo Music Festival was a bit out of the way, so I figured I'd take a taxi closer afterward.
The Huluguo Music Festival shuttle bus took us to the government affairs center after the festival, and the taxi ride took an hour. It was close to Yuanshangpu, but it wasn't a hardship.

[About accommodation]: The room is huge, huge and clean, no less than the Marriott and Sheraton hotel chains. The hotel's pajamas are also very comfortable and the surrounding area is very quiet;
[About takeaway and breakfast] There are barbecues and crayfish around. Breakfast is on the second floor, and I ate two bowls of soup chaos, very delicious! You can also call the room to deliver food. There is also coffee, wine, gym on the first floor; KTV is not open yet

The room was very nice, big and clean, with comfortable bedding. The facilities in the room were complete and modern. No need for a card to check in and out, just scan your face, very convenient. We have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time we have had this experience. The curtains are electric, and the TV can be controlled by voice. Washing and drying are convenient. The breakfast is also good. The best thing is the front desk clerk and manager, who are enthusiastic in reception, help choose rooms and deliver water, and provide thoughtful service.

The hotel was very crowded. However it was clean. One issue that I faced was the sockets which was new sockets (Chinese sockets not suitable for the round plugs) and I couldn’t charge my laptop. However, the receptionist helped me bu providing me a converter.

Room: I stayed there many years ago. I was upgraded to a room after I checked in. It was very large and the decoration was great. I went there many years later. The hotel was seriously worn out. It was estimated that there was no spare time for maintenance and upgrades due to the large flow of customers. The soft furnishings on the wall were shaking and protruding after I checked in. The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. What is worth praising is the swimming pool🏊♀️The children like it But the kids and teachers who were in swimming class in the morning didn't care about the kids who were staying there. They splashed around in the water. The breakfast was very rich in variety, including drinks, pastries, etc. It felt much worse than the last time I stayed there. I don't believe that it's a little worse than Sheraton now. I still feel that I was quite satisfied with my first stay in Chuzhou. I was a little disappointed this time.

I have stayed here many times. This time I originally planned to stay for nearly a month, and I was going to leave on January 21st. But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow.

Basic motel. The staff at the front desk was flustered when presented with a foreigner and a passport but after a call to the local police station I was able to check in. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast also basic, usual Chinese hotel breakfast fare, eggs, doujiang, youtiao, vegetables and so on.

Brian MThis appeared to be a new (or refurbished or recently extended) hotel, as there was a small amount of work still going on in it (though it did not disturb me). There were very few guests (breakfast was very quiet, but tasty): presumably because it is new (and it was also a weekend). However, it was perfect for my needs (I was using it as a base for cycle touring in the area), the staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and good value. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. Definitely a hotel I would stay in again.

Andrew CTYLocation of the hotel is at the corner of the last building next to a car washing shop. The rows of shophouses along the road and opposite the road have lots of small restaurants selling food. Location of hotel is accessible to 2 different metro stations within 2km of walking. Cleanliness of room wasn’t top notch but was definitely worth the price which I paid for. Staffs were helpful too. Will stay again if I happen to be in that city.

It was my first time to go on a business trip to Hanhe, so I carefully searched for more than a dozen hotels here and found that the prices were basically the same. But in the end, I carefully decided on the Platinum Boutique Hotel because it included breakfast with a variety of options, and also provided lunch and dinner, which was very convenient. I drove to the hotel at night and was really surprised. The lobby was spacious and bright. The sofa was very comfortable to lie on after a long drive. The facial scanning check-in was quick and convenient ~ Free parking at the door was convenient and the boss was very enthusiastic to help us girls take the luggage to the room and personally lead us to the room.
Breakfast has everything you need, and there is 24-hour hot water. Taking a shower is so comfortable. Breakfast includes white porridge, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, pumpkin porridge, eight-treasure porridge, soup dumplings, fried dumplings, sesame balls, and fried dough sticks. There is so much that you can't finish it... The boss even asked if I wanted to add some: there is also leek box and dumpling soup... Oh my, boss, aren't you afraid of losing money? !! I've made a lot of money staying here for more than 10 days... My friends will definitely stay here when they come here... There are so many benefits that I can't describe them all, come and experience it, it's a great deal...
The hotel hygiene is also super good. All the bedding was changed and washed every three days. The small details are perfect. The bathroom has dry and wet separation and 24-hour hot water. The strong water flow makes it so comfortable to take a shower. There is also a toilet paper roll, and mineral water is bottled for free to take away during the day! Disposable non-slip slippers... so good...
