"酒店好大，停車位多，但是不能聽到酒店門口，需要停到專門的停車場，園區內有擺渡車接駁。 雙床房沒有外窗，衹有對着內部的，陽台對着水世界。房間裏有種説不上來的味道，電話沒法用，其他的還好，設施比較全，還有小童專用洗手池。 餐: 吃東西不太方便，衹有三層有自助餐廳，注意開餐時間，不要錯過了。 玩：玩兒的挺多，冰雪世界、水世界都不錯。但是要注意時間，刷臉進去，過了時間是不給你登記錄臉的。水世界裏水寨和部分項目18:30以後是關閉的，進去的時候也沒有説明，我們錯過玩兒的時間🥺 另外，水世界很大，容易迷路，建議多一些指示牌或者地上貼一些引導標誌。我們找通往三層的電梯就找了半天。"

"來到磁州旅遊，看了附近的很多酒店，感覺檔次都差不多，所以就選擇了這家離客車站相對較近，出行較為方便的一家門店 入住之後感覺還是有一些驚喜的，首先是房間的衞生很讓人滿意，雖然是特價房，而且沒有窗户，但是房間的衞生無論是衞生間還是床上用品，不是對得起這個價格 其次就是前台的服務了，入住的時候發現房間裏面有一個燈有點問題，立刻給調換了房間，在退房的時候，因為在外面沒有辦法回來又幫我延遲了一下，2:00退房還能延遲，真的很好，雖然我也就晚了5分鐘，但是這種處理事情的態度值得表揚 第3個就是在這邊租了一個自行車，他們也很大方的讓我把車推到了房間，在磁州好好的騎行了一天 最後也是想給酒店提一點建議吧，如果能夠做上早餐就更好了，畢竟還有餐廳還有會議室，可能是因為現在遊客較少的原因"
