The bed is very comfortable, with a nice springy mattress, and it's so relaxing. There's a small sofa in the room for resting when you're tired, which is a very thoughtful touch. However, the style of Vienna is that the bathroom is too small and does not match the overall environmental standards.

"The Chinese-style room is very grand. The front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically. However, there was no welcome fruit in the room, there was a yellow stain on the toilet sink, and the air conditioner made a serious noise. Since we checked in late, we didn't want to change rooms. The breakfast is a standard buffet at 68 yuan per person, and it ends at 10 o'clock. When I came around 9:20, it was basically gone and they would not refill it. I saw that there were dishes on the noodles cooking area. I didn't want to eat the noodles, but only wanted to eat the toppings. The waiter directly refused me sternly. The breakfast was not worth it. We changed to a new room the next day. There was fruit provided upon check-in. There were no problems with the equipment and hygiene. However, the breakfast was as bad as the day before."

It was raining all the time in Guiping these days. I booked an online taxi, and the driver stopped on the side of the road. The security guard saw it and ran to the side of the road very enthusiastically to ask the driver to drive to the hotel entrance so that we wouldn't have to get wet in the rain. The hotel is at the foot of the Xishan Mountain, a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is particularly convenient. The young ladies at the front desk were very warm and helped us upgrade the room type for free. The double room originally booked was replaced with a more spacious room. The space was much larger and the children lived very comfortably. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, there is no smell at all, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is especially safe to live with children. The service was very intimate throughout the whole process, from check-in to daily needs, the attitude was very friendly and the stay was comfortable. Service: Check-in was quick, and the service was quite good.
Facilities: The room was large, but it's clear this hotel has been open for a long time; the facilities were rather old.
Cleanliness: The towels felt a bit damp and not dry enough.
