"When booking the room, I noted that I needed children's slippers, which were provided. It was good. The room was large, clean, and the staff was polite. It was raining all the time in Guiping these days. I booked an online taxi, and the driver stopped on the side of the road. The security guard saw it and ran to the side of the road very enthusiastically to ask the driver to drive to the hotel entrance so that we wouldn't have to get wet in the rain. Thumbs up 👍 Security guard"

"The room size is OK, and the supporting facilities are complete, but the room has a strong smell of cigarettes. The curtains, pillows, and quilts all have the smell of cigarettes. The window and door are opened for a long time and the smell can't be dissipated. I had to open the windows and curtains to sleep all night, and I couldn't sleep well all night. The next day, even the clothes hanging in the room smelled of cigarettes 😭😭, speechless. The breakfast in the restaurant is very simple, and the service is still okay."

"The air was as good as washing the lungs. Although it rained every day for 4 days, I didn't want to go. The breakfast was delicious and the service was particularly good. I also sent a ticket to the Xishanquan Auto Camp. The hotel has a car transfer and continues to come during the summer vacation. The hotel is trustworthy!"

Located in the center of town. Convenient and walking distance to the food street. The staff are all very nice and friendly. As smoking is allowed, smoke from other rooms are able to get into the room all the time, probably via the ventilation system. Something to consider for non-smokers who are sensitive. One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible.

I have to give this a five-star review! The proactive greeting from the front desk staff as soon as I entered showed how attentive the hotel was. The shower water pressure was excellent, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious and helped wash away the day's fatigue. What touched me most was that when they saw we had a child, the staff proactively brought us a children's toiletries set – such thoughtful service is truly rare!

Come to Guiping to climb Xishan, choose Berman Hotel, the experience exceeded expectations! Traveling is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was particularly stable. The intelligent voice control lights and curtains in the whole house are very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with local rice noodles, hot dishes, fruits, and freshly cooked and eaten at ease. The front desk service is warm, check-in is fast, there is free parking, self-service laundry room. The overall price is very high, the environment is quiet and comfortable, it is very suitable to travel to Guiping to live here, highly recommended!

The room is small, but very quiet. It does not come with a bag, so it is not convenient to pack your old clothes. When I was having breakfast, I hadn’t finished yet, but the waiter kicked me out. He said, “We are closing, eat faster…” I’ve stayed in so many hotels, but this was the first time I was kicked out. I was quite angry 😠😠😠 But because I had my children with me, I didn’t care. I hope the hotel can enhance the service awareness of its service staff.

Good value for money, close to town center, shopping restaurants and Xishan mountain recreation area. Breakfast was very good and a coffee maker is available 24 hours in the lobby along with an herbal tea with light snacks. Some rooms have pretty views of mountain. Rooms are small, beds are comfortable but also a little small for two persons. Otherwise quite and clean.

The family stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival and was quite satisfied. The environment is beautiful, and the son describes it as ”like a park here.” The excellent location to go to Xishan is next to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to walk to the mountain in the morning and evening, burn incense and pray for blessings. It is free to enter the scenic spot during off-duty hours. Restaurant and front desk service are very good, breakfast has fried Luoxiu rice noodles, flower rolls, hair cakes, fried rice, sweet potatoes, taro, soy milk, porridge, delicious side dishes, furniture is solid wood without smell. I don’t know why the evaluation m is so low, I was almost misled and dare not come.
