"Next to Xishan, tickets are free after 7 pm. The hotel has a car to pick up and drop off to the high-speed rail station. The front desk clerk and driver were very good. I left a bag in the room when I left the store. The driver returned to the hotel halfway and continued to send me to the high-speed rail station. The service is great.

"This stay experience was great! The young lady at the front desk checked in very quickly and took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type. The room was particularly well lit, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I didn't want to get up when I lay down. The sanitary details are well done, and the bathroom has no smell. Tourists from the city will definitely like it. The boss is very enthusiastic and waits for us to arrive late. It should be noted that it is nearly 3 kilometers away from the gate of the scenic spot, which may not be convenient for self-driving tours. The wooden house, heat insulation and sound insulation effect are slightly worse, and the air conditioner should be turned on in advance on hot days; the sleeping doors and windows are closed tightly."

The room was large, clean, and the staff was polite.
It was raining all the time in Guiping these days. I booked an online taxi, and the driver stopped on the side of the road. The security guard saw it and ran to the side of the road very enthusiastically to ask the driver to drive to the hotel entrance so that we wouldn't have to get wet in the rain. On April 21, 2023, my friends and I stayed in Guishan Villa. When we drove away on the morning of April 22, we accidentally left a backpack containing ID cards, driving documents and valuables in the parking lot of the villa. On the same day, the staff on duty at the parking lot of the villa discovered it and took proper care of it. After I found out that the backpack was lost, I contacted the main station by phone. The male and female staff on duty that day were very enthusiastic and helped to find it. One of the male staff surnamed Qin went to the parking lot to look for it. I contacted and verified, and after the staff confirmed that it was correct, I used the rest time to send the backpack directly back to my home. What moved me even more was that the staff of Guishan Villa thoughtfully gave me several ideas in order to save me some courier fees. In this regard, I wrote a close-up letter to express my gratitude to the staff of Guishanzhuang who helped me!
