The hotel is located in the Ruihai CBD business district, a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding Seven Battles and Seven Victories Memorial Hall is within walking distance. The hollow lobby is designed with great lighting. The freshly cooked noodles for breakfast are superb, and there are freshly squeezed juices. The seafood sashimi for the weekend buffet dinner is fresh, and there is a special Sichuan cuisine recently, which is spicy and fresh and delicious. I will choose here next time!"

• City Vibe: Being a small city, it had a quieter, young vibe.
• Room Issues: Poor noise cancellation, and motion sensor lights in the room were disruptive—any movement, even in bed, would turn them on, making sleep difficult.
• Noise Disturbance: A drunk couple was singing loudly all night, and no one stopped them, which was frustrating.

"Family trip came to Hai'an to stay for one night and chose the highly rated Atour Hotel. I was not disappointed. I am very satisfied. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy. We stayed on the fifth floor, which is just on the same floor as the gym, laundry room and restaurant. You don’t need to go downstairs to pick up food delivered to your door. You can meet all your needs in the room. Parking at the hotel’s entrance is also very convenient. The service from the lady at the front desk is very good. We stayed on the 13th floor, the highest floor in the hotel. Overall, the hotel was quite good, with a few highlights: 1. The De Rucci mattress was very comfortable, so it's worth considering for those who are sleep-conscious. 2. The large mirror was relaxing. 3. Across from the hotel is a large park, which was a great place to stroll and enjoy the beautiful scenery. 4. The cleanliness was also very good. "Let me start with the advantages: First, I have to praise their service, which is very enthusiastic and thorough. Add WeChat, they are always available upon call and the service is fast. Checked in during the New Year, and received a small gift with a New Year atmosphere when checking out. There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, and there is no anti-skid mat. When waiting for the water to heat up, the floor is icy cold. The hot water pipe is leaking, so the water pressure of the shower is not very high, but it does not affect the shower. The heating was turned on when I checked in at 7 o'clock. The indoor temperature was 7 degrees, and it was finally 19 degrees at 10 o'clock in the evening. Breakfast was delivered to the door at 7:40, which is the earliest breakfast time.

The room is simple and clean, with everything you need, including welcome fruit. However, the bathroom is too small and a bit cramped. The bathroom and shower room both have glass doors, which is a bit awkward. When I went to bed at night, the sensor light in the wardrobe was too sensitive. It would light up every time I turned over in bed, and I couldn't find how to turn it off.
There are not many types of breakfast, but the quality is good. Water and snacks were given when checking out. The service was very warm and generally good. 👍
