"Given that it's a town known for selling crystals, finding a relatively clean hotel here, with a fair price, is actually quite decent. You can tell the owner genuinely wants to do a good job, but the facilities are still quite lacking.
1. The bathroom floor drain was clogged and didn't drain properly, leading to standing water everywhere after a shower.
2. Room amenities were basic; they didn't even provide cotton swabs/Q-tips, though they did offer disposable towels and toilet seat covers.
3. The smart home features were a nice touch.
4. Service was merely adequate. Honestly, in Guangdong, you generally don't encounter stellar service, and for a business hotel at this price point, it's unrealistic to expect much more. My expectations were low: just having someone at the front desk for check-in and staff to tidy up the breakfast area was sufficient.
5. A security deposit? I'm genuinely speechless. There's nothing in the room to consume or damage, so I truly don't understand the need for a deposit. It's been ages since I stayed at a hotel that required one! And breakfast – issuing breakfast vouchers? What century are we in? Having to carry a physical voucher to eat breakfast; they really need to modernize! It should be straightforward to confirm breakfast inclusion by just providing the room number."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel, visiting family and doing some sightseeing with my family of three. The environment and location are both quite good. We originally considered the Wyndham, but this hotel is newer. They even have robots deliver food to your room! However, I really have to complain about a few things. The shower water temperature was all over the place – sometimes scorching hot, almost boiling, and then suddenly freezing cold, constantly fluctuating. It was really frustrating. There's a master switch that turns off all the lights in the room, but it also turns off the air conditioning. I woke up at 3 AM sweating and had to get up to turn it back on. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear noises from both across the hall and next door. Perhaps it's a business hotel, so not having a child safety barrier is understandable, but it would be great if they could add one, as it's not a high-cost item."

"A truly wonderful stay! The room was brand new, the general manager and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant manager and waitstaff were incredibly attentive. I absolutely loved this hotel. The nearby Shuidishan Hot Springs are fantastic! It's a truly relaxing and entertaining experience, a true Marriott hotel. I was surprised to find such an international brand hotel in Haifeng. There's also a free 24-hour gym on the fourth floor. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time."

"I was very satisfied with my stay and came back to this hotel again. There was a girl with glasses at the front desk who was very helpful. I told her I was about to go out because I was doing laundry and didn't have time to dry it, and she said she would come up and dry it for me later. When I returned to the hotel, I found the clothes already hung in the closet – a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. The room was also very clean and tidy. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one left a deep impression because I usually pay attention to the sinks, and this one was exceptionally clean. Eating and accommodation are very convenient. There's a restaurant called Lao Lü Ma Yu Mei next door; I ate there last night, and it was really good! The lobby is also bright and spacious, perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. So, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Heading south, I stopped by Ketang on the second day of the ***** New Year to check out the jewelry and crystal shops. None of the jewelry stores were open. The hotel was incredibly clean and on a high floor, right above the jewelry market – it felt like sleeping on top of gold and silver, haha! Many restaurants were closed on the second day of the ***** New Year, but I found a small, unassuming shop. Their rice noodle rolls were delicious, so chewy and smooth! They also had Haifeng specialty millet and flat rice cakes, all very local.

"I booked a day in advance. I went to the front desk at 2:00 am on the day of check-in and was told that the room had not been cleaned because there were too many guests staying last night. I had to wait. They did not tell me the specific waiting time and said they would call me to let me know. It was almost 4:00 am and I went to the front desk to ask twice. The last time they said it was ok and gave me the door card. During the whole waiting process, there was no other service feedback. When I entered the room, the floor was still wet in several places. I saw a picture book of free sugar water for check-in, but I called and was told to ask if there was any. It was not delivered until I checked out the next day, and there was no feedback."

Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)"

The downside for us was the closed swimming pool. Before you confirm your booking, you better call the hotel and confirm that the swimming pool is open.On the platform, the swimming pool was supposed to be open, but when we checked in, we found out it was closed.

The room was clean and tidy to surprise, the sheets and bedding were fragrant, the facilities were very complete, and the details of the smart toilet and small refrigerator were all extra points. The breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is very good. Stayed for a few days, every day the staff cleaned carefully, and helped with the luggage when leaving the store. It was really heartwarming! I will definitely choose this one next time I come here!

But the room size is small, the TV is connected to wireless wifi, the network speed is slow, and the TV video is basically not loaded.
Drying clothes is also a problem.
The shower room leaks slowly, and the water overflows to the bedside.
