"Just for the fair, pretty and gentle girl at the front desk of Lihao Hotel, I have to give Lihao Hotel a five-star rating! When I checked out, I heard from the lobby manager that the girl's surname was Jin. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned to the third floor. I tried to ask if I could be moved to a higher floor, and the girl said there were no twin rooms on the higher floors. She directly upgraded me to a suite on the fifth floor and personally accompanied me upstairs to see the room. After we came downstairs, she personally helped us deliver our luggage to the room.
