"Just for the fair, pretty and gentle girl at the front desk of Lihao Hotel, I have to give Lihao Hotel a five-star rating! When I checked out, I heard from the lobby manager that the girl's surname was Jin. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned to the third floor. I tried to ask if I could be moved to a higher floor, and the girl said there were no twin rooms on the higher floors. She directly upgraded me to a suite on the fifth floor and personally accompanied me upstairs to see the room. After we came downstairs, she personally helped us deliver our luggage to the room. At the end, she said that the weather was too hot and she was afraid that the free water in the room would not be enough, so she thoughtfully asked the floor waiter to give us two more bottles of mineral water. The room was hygienic, the bedding was clean, the sound insulation was good, the corridor was spacious and bright, and the service was warm.
