"Just for the fair, pretty and gentle girl at the front desk of Lihao Hotel, I have to give Lihao Hotel a five-star rating! When I checked out, I heard from the lobby manager that the girl's surname was Jin. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned to the third floor. I tried to ask if I could be moved to a higher floor, and the girl said there were no twin rooms on the higher floors. She directly upgraded me to a suite on the fifth floor and personally accompanied me upstairs to see the room. After we came downstairs, she personally helped us deliver our luggage to the room. At the end, she said that the weather was too hot and she was afraid that the free water in the room would not be enough, so she thoughtfully asked the floor waiter to give us two more bottles of mineral water. Moreover, throughout the whole process, she served with a smile and was considerate. She was more caring and lovely than her own daughter, which touched us deeply. The lobby is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, business tables, leisure chairs, free self-ribbed coffee bar, self-service laundry room, luggage storage cabinet, everything is available.
