"The hotel is decent, but the staff's attitude is terrible. The invoice process is incredibly slow; they only issue invoices after being asked repeatedly. This front desk staff member is damaging to the hotel's image. Even after providing the invoice information, they still asked for my name. I told them they could check the room booking information. They refused to answer my WeChat or phone calls. When I called the front desk, they were rude and dismissive. I pointed out their poor attitude over the phone, but they remained arrogant and disrespectful. I hope the hotel management will address this issue with such uncivilized and rude front desk staff, otherwise, it will create a bad experience for guests. Their attitude is extremely poor; the front desk staff are truly awful. (Regarding the incident on June 12, 2025, from 2:56 PM to 3:15 PM, the front desk can check the WeChat chat history to address this issue.)"

The hotel is in a good location and the facilities are brand new and complete. The deep sleep bed room is spacious, and the Jin Keer zero-pressure mattress is too comfortable. I sleep until dawn. The whole house is smart and super convenient, the hygiene is spotless, the service is warm and intimate, and the welcome fruit is also delivered. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the price is very high! First choice for business trips, I will definitely come to live next time!"

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the toiletries were all large bottles, and the mouthwash cup was also individually packaged, which was very safe to use. There is a laundry room on the first floor. The lobby provides free flower tea, coffee machine and popcorn machine. It provides small items such as cotton swabs and earplugs. The service is warm and thoughtful, the location is convenient, the price is high, and it is highly recommended!"
