"The hotel is decent, but the staff's attitude is terrible. The invoice process is incredibly slow; they only issue invoices after being asked repeatedly. This front desk staff member is damaging to the hotel's image. Even after providing the invoice information, they still asked for my name. I told them they could check the room booking information. They refused to answer my WeChat or phone calls. When I called the front desk, they were rude and dismissive. I pointed out their poor attitude over the phone, but they remained arrogant and disrespectful. I hope the hotel management will address this issue with such uncivilized and rude front desk staff, otherwise, it will create a bad experience for guests. Their attitude is extremely poor; the front desk staff are truly awful. (Regarding the incident on June 12, 2025, from 2:56 PM to 3:15 PM, the front desk can check the WeChat chat history to address this issue.)"

GGuest UserI arrived in Linquan at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. After calling the store, the proprietress quickly came to pick me up, and it was only ten minutes away from the place where I lived. The eldest sister is also very enthusiastic, the room is turned on in advance to cool the air conditioner, and the overall is good.
Go out and turn right and walk forward for 20 meters, then turn left and go to the end, then turn right to a pedestrian street, there are many snacks, and also eat local specialties grajo.
Although not bigger than big cities, there are small and beautiful places to the small county.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and the stay is efficient. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the equipment is complete. The breakfast is rich in variety and the freshly cooked stall is intimate. Intelligent customer control is convenient, the details are of quality everywhere, the price is super high, highly recommended!
