"The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries.
We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in."

"My friend recommended to stay, it was really good and very satisfied. The front desk service was very good. I specially arranged the high floor for me. I wanted to rest at the store very late. The front desk lady sent disposable soundproof earplugs, but it was not used. The bedding was very comfortable. I fell asleep. When I checked out, the room dropped the facial cleanser and charger. I called me in time and took the bag for me. It was so sweet."

AAnonymous UserFriends recommended to escape the heat, it is really good, much cooler than the mountain. In the evening, climb the mountain to watch the sunset and taste the local dishes. At night, watch the stars and karaoke. The night is silent and the room is clean and warm. I sleep and sleep well all night. In the morning, I was awakened by the sound of birds in the bamboo forest, and I felt back to my hometown in my dreams. Satisfied!

The owner is very simple, dinner and breakfast are eaten in the store, the price is relatively fair, and the city is similar, the ingredients are planted by the owner himself, the dumplings are picked on the mountain, very delicious, the portion of the dishes is very sufficient, unexpectedly much, this is rare in the scenic spot, It can be seen that the store family is real. The cakes made by the breakfast shop owner are delicious. Our family is very happy to eat.

Let me mention two shortcomings:
1. Although the air conditioner and floor heating were turned on in advance, they were slow to take effect and not very warm.
2. Due to municipal regulations, hot spring water is only available from 3pm to 12am. Therefore, although we enjoyed the private hot spring very comfortably at night, our expectations for the next morning were dashed. For private hot spring lovers like us, we cannot enjoy two baths with this kind of room rate, which really means we cannot satisfy our craving. Although I understand the difficulty, I still feel regretful.
There are many restaurants on a nearby street that serve Luotian specialty hanging pot. I picked one blindly and the experience was very good! The proprietress keeps the place neat, presentable and friendly. The hanging pot is generous in portion and tastes great! We ate there the night before and at noon the next day. The name of the restaurant is ”Xinrong Hanging Pot Restaurant”.

2. Room: clean and necessary, the area is large enough, the room facing the street. The most important thing is that there is a very cost-effective three-person suite. In fact, the interior is two rooms, one big bed room, and one twin room outside, so it is easy to stay for 4 people, awesome!
3. Service: The security brother and the front desk girl are reasonable and communicate well. Originally, there were 2 breakfasts on the Trip.com . The hotel still provided 3 breakfast coupons very user-friendly. The most important thing is that the fried pho for breakfast is delicious. This must be liked!

AAnonymous User酒店位置遠離主幹道，沒有機動車的聲音，周圍都是小山，晚上非常安靜涼爽。停車位充足，停車方便，附近加油充電都可以。但是房間的隔音稍微有點缺陷，走廊上的聲音可以聽得一清二楚，假期小孩比較多，會在走廊上跑來跑去，睡眠淺的人可能會感到有些困擾。另外房間如果有窗紗就更好了，開窗時不用擔心蟲子蛾子飛進來。總的來説挺不錯的。羅田不錯，還會再來玩。
