"The only five-star hotel in Mengcheng County, it's located directly below Fangyuanhui Plaza. There's a shared parking garage with plenty of parking spaces on the ground floor. However, due to the holiday, parking wasn't managed, which doesn't meet five-star hotel standards! The breakfast was excellent. It exceeded expectations! The staff at the breakfast counter were enthusiastic and helpful, and the cleanliness was impressive. However, some hotel staff were unresponsive and ignored. The lack of trash cans and paper towel dispensers in the room made it inconvenient to use."

"I highly recommend this new hotel! The lobby is very comfortable, and check-in is quick. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, showing me around to my room and explaining the hotel's facilities and smart technology. The service was very thoughtful. I didn't need a room card; just facial recognition opened the door. The room had a smart speaker, and the mattress and pillows were very soft. I slept very comfortably all night. Although the room faces the street, the soundproofing was excellent. It was raining outside, but I enjoyed tea and music in the room – it was incredibly relaxing. The toiletries were also very good. Before coming, I was worried about getting a bad experience at such a newly opened hotel, but after my stay, I had no worries at all. I was extremely satisfied with the great value for money and will definitely stay here again for my next business trip."

On Trip.com , I think the rating of this hotel's three diamonds is very impersonal.

When I checked in, I casually asked how to get to Bengbu High-speed Railway Station tomorrow morning easily. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me reserve a car and picked me up at the hotel door and delivered me to the high-speed railway station. He said he would call the hotel the next time he came to Mengcheng and arrange a car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station. The service is nothing to say.
Facilities: Nothing wrong, very comfortable, good air conditioning, dual TV systems, both live TV and online TV.
Environment: There is Luckin Coffee opposite the hotel. I didn’t expect it. It’s good news for people on business trips.
