"The room was comfortable, and there's a music bar on the 8th floor where you can grab coffee or a drink. It was a bit chilly at night, so I couldn't enjoy a swim, but the pool is heated, which is nice. The service was also excellent; the lovely front desk lady even helped me with my laundry."

"Staying in Ruili on New Year's Eve, the hotel prepared a New Year's snack package for the guests, which was very warm. Early in the morning, because there were too many guests, the service did not keep up. The hot spring and the room are not in the same building, so I didn't try it. But next time a friend goes to Ruili, I will recommend it."

"We booked a family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all our needs. The amenities were fantastic too, including a shuttle service to the hot springs and billiards and ping-pong tables for guests to enjoy. Room service was prompt and efficient, always quick to respond. Parking was both convenient and secure, with vigilant security staff on duty day and night. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied. The location is excellent; you can easily explore plenty of shops and attractions just by walking north or south along the road outside. It truly feels like a peaceful haven right in the middle of everything! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ruili."

"My first time staying at an Ibis hotel was completely beyond my expectations! The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's a revelation! The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and behind the lobby, besides the breakfast restaurant, there's a large rooftop with stunning views. It was a delightful place to chat with friends over tea after dinner! It was an excellent stay and I was very happy! Furthermore, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and parking was very convenient. If you're visiting Ruili for tourism or business, this Ibis is definitely worth a visit!"

"The facilities are excellent. It's rare to find an outdoor heated pool in a hotel in China, and it's even designed as a water bar. It's truly photogenic!
The hotel even has three outdoor hot spring pools, so you don't need to pay for a separate hot spring ticket; everything you need is already included.
I'd deduct one point for the slightly dirty pools and limited parking, but these are minor issues overall.
The room was spacious and more than adequate for our family of three, and the bedding was top-notch.
The breakfast was also very generous, which is truly exceptional for a breakfast this good at this price!"

There are robots that deliver goods, which is very convenient and you can receive them in the room! The climate in Ruili is very comfortable. Although it is November, it is not cold, so it is very suitable for going out.

LLeon_039This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

You can go directly or transfer to Yizhailiangguo, Bianzhai Hansha, Jiegao National Gate, Sino-Myanmar Brother Street, Comprehensive Passenger Transport Station, Jielejin Pagoda, Dushuchenglin and Mori Tropical Jungle. Opposite is Fortune Plaza, which has various snack bars, restaurants and eateries, very convenient.

It is a bit lacking in hygiene. The toilet seat is hard to understand. If you change it, why not change it to a matching one? It's hard to go to the toilet, and the most important thing is that there are no charging plugs around the bed, which is very inconvenient. It really needs to be updated! I hope the store can improve it. There are vegetables and rice noodles for breakfast!

AAnonymous UserThis stay really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was infected by the warm and elegant environment and the warm smile of the staff. The check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the room type was upgraded intimately, and the details were full of care.
The room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows have an excellent view, the bedding is soft and comfortable like sleeping on the clouds, and it is a good night's sleep until dawn. It makes people feel the warmth of ”home away from home” instantly.
Local specialty snacks are impressive. When checking out, the waiter took the initiative to help carry the luggage and gave a special gift.
The location is also very good, walking distance to the business district, surrounded by food. This stay experience far exceeded expectations. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is a great choice, and I will definitely come again next time! Highly recommended to all travelers who pursue quality!
