However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"Before my trip to Mount Tai, I was considering buying a trekking pole. To my surprise, the hotel receptionist handed me one for free, thanks to my platform upgrade! She also provided an incredibly detailed hiking guide, outlining the best routes, photo spots, and optimal sunrise viewing times. This level of service alone deserves five stars! The free parking saved me money, and the complimentary luggage storage allowed me to hike Taohuayu unencumbered. My room had a mountain view, so I could admire Mount Tai right from my bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, even for someone with OCD, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The smart home features meant I could control everything with just my voice. Its proximity to both the high-speed rail station and Taohuayu is simply perfect. In summary: This hotel is essentially the 'logistics command center' at the foot of Mount Tai; they've got everything perfectly sorted out for you."

"Fantastic experience! The breakfast spread was extensive, and the swimming pool facilities were excellent with a comfortable water temperature. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking out, a staff member proactively came forward to take my room card, asked if I was driving, and helped me scan the QR code to process the parking exit. They also inquired about my stay. Even the parking attendant at the exit proactively asked if I had completed the exit procedures. The staff truly treat guests like family."

"The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the service is also very attentive. The hotel is about 500 meters from the entrance of Tianwaicun, which is about a 7-minute walk up. There are buses and cable cars at the top, so those with children or the elderly can take this mountain trail. "This is a really good hotel with reasonable price (good location - not far from the Dai temple, the centre, train and bus stations; good cleanliness, spacious room, nice shower and vary comfortable bed; good breakfast, fitting well with both western and oriental styles). The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant short visit in Tai’an over all."
