"前台服務不錯，我定的房間備註要求：高樓層、不要頭尾房。沒有了，還剩一間。我在看要不要改房型預訂時小韋給免費提升了房間，態度很好；另外客房大姐晚上來補東西的時候也聊了一會，跟我老婆一個村的，蠻好的。
不過酒店硬件方面真的雞肋，房間太悶了，衹能開窗，但是開窗確實有問題，鞭炮聲，晚上樓下酒吧街還是宵夜太吵了，兩三點才睡得着，下午也是，得關窗才能睡，但是關窗吧，房間悶的不行，晚上給前台打電話，前台説讓大姐來調通風，結果客房説房間的空調衹能製冷或者制熱，我下午關窗開製冷16度到晚上大姐22:00來我這房間，她自己都説房間熱的不行，所以開窗不行，空調也不行…..實屬無語，武宣穿短袖的天氣，這麼一個國際酒店既然沒有製冷功能…實屬意外！
還有就是退房，為啥不告知開了車出去要在前台掃碼…開了車又走回去掃碼才能出去……有好的，但是不足的也很多。"
