"This stay was a truly delightful surprise! The hotel was spotless, the room was immaculate, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, demonstrating the exceptional housekeeping service.
The hotel's location is quiet despite being in a busy area, with lush greenery outside the window and excellent soundproofing, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even thoughtfully explained the hotel's facilities.
What touched me most was that when I accidentally left my power bank behind during check-out, a staff member noticed and proactively contacted me, safely keeping it safe. Their honesty and professionalism are truly admirable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!"
