"Room 7, a two-bedroom room, needs some refurbishment. During a storm at night, the wind was particularly strong on one side, and the room windows felt drafty. The bathroom window on the same side was fine, so the problem must be with the room windows. There were quite a few dead bugs in the bathroom, and the stainless steel showerhead had several yellowed patches, perhaps from rust or poor cleaning. We stayed two nights, and on the second day, there was no hot water in the room. I waited for almost an hour or two for maintenance. When I asked the staff at the door about their progress, they barely responded, and a crowd of people gathered around. Otherwise, I liked the surroundings very much, and the staff were very friendly.
