"酒店確實超預期，硬件條件堪比4星級酒店，本來要給超級好評的，可訂酒店後發現沒有空調，無法取消，當天户外温度11℃，前台還説今天温度很適宜，所以不用開空調了。簡直無語了。再説進房間後發現無熱水，準確來説是温温熱的水，無法洗澡，聯繫前台，告知可以去大堂洗浴中心洗澡，要下樓走差不多100米去另外酒店大堂洗浴中心，再次無語了。後來試試隔壁房間，居然有熱水，勉強洗了個澡。另外房間WIFI信號不好，有卡頓。總體感覺是這家酒店雖然高檔，但經營出了問題。"

The bathroom window on the same side was fine, so the problem must be with the room windows. There were quite a few dead bugs in the bathroom, and the stainless steel showerhead had several yellowed patches, perhaps from rust or poor cleaning. We stayed two nights, and on the second day, there was no hot water in the room. I waited for almost an hour or two for maintenance. When I asked the staff at the door about their progress, they barely responded, and a crowd of people gathered around. Otherwise, I liked the surroundings very much, and the staff were very friendly. I hope things improve quickly. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!"
