"The service was great. One of the male workers helped with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. He also helped us pay for the tickets to enter the Furong Ancient Town. My family of four stayed in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Both rooms have comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The town is most beautiful at night, especially at the waterfall. We had dinner at one of the restaurant with a view of the town and waterfall, and it was magical."

"We got a free pickup service from the train station to the hotel. The hotel was very cozy, traditionally styled and very near to the scenic area. The owners are friendly and helped us to buy tickets to the Forongzheng town. Later they asked us when we were leaving and offered to arrange a taxi ride to the trainstation. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very attentive."

"The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free. The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy. The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it."

"Owner makes effort to pre book tickets on behalf, and it is cheaper than purchasing on site. Owner pick us upon arrival and help us with the luggage. Also offered us additional mineral water. Great view from the room even though it is not the main waterfall. Noise from the street at night until 11pm can be heard from the room but it is not a big concern. The location of the stay is easily accessible to nearby waterfall. Only recommendation is the toilet steps in the room, which can be slippery. Overall highly recommended!"

"Situated next to the iconic bridge and a convenient spot in the village, the rooms are all facing the iconic view of the river, providing a memorable and beautiful stay. I totally enjoy some live singing from the bridge. Like many others, The rooms itself are average and and needs to bring your luggage up staircase. The bedsheets are spotless and towels big and clean comfortable to use. When we arrived there isn’t a counter to check in, but the people from the shop helped me to call the hotel lady who came over from somewhere down the street. She is very polite and helpful and that helped us settled in comfortably"

"Lovely new hotel that opened in 2023. Managed by Lily and her husband. Lily was super helpful with how to navigate the place, what to see, where to eat. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, it may be a little difficult. But nothing a translator app can’t help you with. Also, they provided a free transfer to the railway station when we departed. On arrival at the railway station, we just took a cab to the ancient town for CNY20. The very helpful taxi driver kindly called the hotel for us and someone from the hotel came to pick us up at the entry gate to the ancient town where the taxi driver dropped us. The hotel is still new, clean and in a great location with a fantastic river view and view of the Tuwang Bridge. I would stay there again. And Lily is hospitable, patient and kind."

"Great stay, perfect location, and a very kind host The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance to the scenic spot, which is super convenient. You can get there either from the main road by going up a small staircase or from the lower, more touristy street. The room is great: very comfortable and quiet — I slept really well. During the time I stayed, the nights were nice and cool for sleeping, and the daytime temperature was just perfect. The owner was also extremely kind and even drove me to the train station himself. It only took us 12 minutes, and I really appreciated that. Thank you so much!"

"I had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges. For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station. About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey. Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town."

"I absolutely give the Jiushe Qingcheng Hotel a perfect score for its service! When I checked in, my clothes were a little wrinkled, so I casually asked if they had ironing facilities. To my surprise, the staff immediately offered to iron them for me, and within half an hour, they were even neater than at home. I wanted some hot tea that evening, so I called room service, and they delivered it promptly, even with a small cookie. It was such a heartwarming touch. The aromatherapy in the room was so pleasant, and the bathroom products were reputable brands. The value for money is incredible!"

"Really lovely hotel room with a beautiful view of the river and bridge nearby. The staff were so accommodating. We were picked up from the train station and met by a lovely staff member who brought us to the location to pay for the scenic area ticket and then brought us to the hotel. A very seamless and stress free experience. She gave us some recommendations for the town over WeChat which was very helpful and arranged a transfer back to the train station."
