"When traveling to Yuncheng, I chose Weiyuan Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is right across from the airport, within walking distance, and offers free shuttle service to/from the airport and high-speed rail station. The room facilities are new, the bedding is soft, and there's a large projector. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, and the front desk staff warmly provided souvenirs. It's convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yuncheng!"

"This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back."

"Facilities: Upgraded to a business king room through Trip.com Diamond, a spacious 40sqm+ room with a living area, a balcony, and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The mattress was comfortable, and the overall decor of the Ji Hotel was very inviting. Cleanliness: Being a new hotel opened in 2025, it was spotless and well-maintained, upholding Ji Hotel's consistently high standards. Environment: Located directly opposite the Guandi Ancestral Temple, the air was pleasant, and it was remarkably quiet. The hotel's public areas were very comfortable and welcoming. Service: The service was excellent, attentive, and thorough. They provided recommendations for local dining and allowed a late check-out, so I could enjoy a nap. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, perfect before heading off to explore the Guandi Temple."

"五一小長假選擇了來運城體驗悠久的歷史和文化，很幸運的預訂到了希爾頓歡朋酒店，對於酒店整體很滿意，但是也要有幾個槽點來和大家分享，希望能幫到更多的來運城的遊客，也希望酒店能越來越好！ 先説優點： 1、酒店位置應該在新區，周圍環境乾淨整潔，比較安靜，交通便利，距離機場打車20分鐘，附近也有很多公交站可以選擇前往市中心各個地點； 2、酒店內部裝修和房間內明亮雅緻，基礎設施一應俱全，酒店大堂還有點心和飲料，並且提供書籍和下午茶點，很貼心； 3、最值得讚揚的是精緻多樣的自助早餐，不僅中西式餐食都有，而且每天不斷換新，味道還好吃，大廚現場製作運城特色美食，比如雞湯餛飩、各類麪條、饃夾肉等，每天早上都吃的特別開心滿足； 4、工作人員都很熱情親切，從前台到保潔到餐廳廚師，每一次遇到都會主動打招呼並且提供服務，幫助解決問題。 再來吐槽一下： 1、酒店的電梯速度有些慢，而且不顯示在幾樓，遇到着急的時候等待真的很讓人焦慮； 2、房間內空調風速太小製冷效果慢，風速太大噪音就很大； 3、房間內牆壁上請注意及時養護，看到好多污漬，雖然無傷大雅但是看到了就不太舒服； 4、保潔打掃衹是打掃，雖然這5天4晚都是我自己在住，但是我更希望看到的是消毒而不是表面清潔，雖然這對保潔來説壓力比較大，但是對客人來説更安心； 5、最要命的槽點！衞生間和浴室的門有磁吸，無法靜音關閉，不論是隨手一關還是輕輕貼上都會發齣劇烈的聲響！尤其是晚上入睡的時候，像我這樣睡眠質量不好的人真慶幸自己帶了耳塞，這個槽點強烈建議改善！ 雖然有吐槽但是這幾天的旅程很開心，希望酒店能更優化改進，希望運城旅遊更紅火興隆！"

"The hotel has a great location, close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic; they greeted us as soon as we entered and helped us with the elevator. The room was clean, and we got complimentary mini-bar drinks every day. For two evenings, we craved rice, so we dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The dishes were reasonably priced, and the rice was delicious. Chef No. 2's 'Guo You Rou' (fried pork in sauce) was exceptionally good, even better than the signature 'Guo You Rou' we had elsewhere in Shanxi later on – the flavor was just perfect. On the second night, Chef No. 3's 'Hui Cai' (stew) was also delicious and came in a large portion. Many thanks to both! If you're coming to Yuncheng, stay at Novotel; it's genuinely excellent. (The hotel doesn't ask guests for good reviews, which is great and shows their confidence in their service.)"

"The hotel is in a good location, with many places to eat around, convenient parking, and clean rooms. I have been out for nearly 20 days. I was unable to check in today. The front desk lady was beautiful and generous with a warm smile, very kind, and the security uncle was enthusiastic and good at service, which was also great. The only drawback was that the cup for drinking milk for breakfast was upside down and placed on a towel. I personally feel that it is not very hygienic. I hope the quality of breakfast can keep up with the service level~"

Yuncheng is a city worth visiting more often, Jinxin Hotel is a hotel worth staying in, and Feng Fan is a professional and dedicated hotel manager with a sincere smile. She welcomed me when I checked in and sent me off with a smile. She called me to tell me when she found that I had lost my nail clippers. I said it was okay and she kept it for my next stay. "I've stayed at several Atour hotels, and I have to complain about this one. 1. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot is located in a narrow alley next to the main entrance. The alley is already narrow, and with food carts on both sides and people selling food from electric scooters parked in front of them, it's even narrower. Although it's relatively short, it's really difficult to drive through. 2. Because our car is quite wide, we specifically selected parking when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel around 8:10 PM, we found out the parking lot was full. No one had called to inform us beforehand. 3. The front desk staff seemed listless and unhelpful. 4. After arriving at the hotel, I got out of the car to ask the front desk for parking directions. They gave me directions, and we drove through the alley to the parking lot entrance. Suddenly, an older man appeared and said there were no spaces left, telling us to back out and park on the steps by the hotel entrance. Although it's short, it's really difficult to back up. The problem is, didn't the front desk staff know the parking lot was full? 5. Checking in, having looked at the map, the hotel was about 2-3 kilometers from the edge of the salt flat, so I casually asked, ”Can you see the salt flat from this building?” The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one lake.” I…couldn't help but retort, ”If it's not one lake, then it's two lakes?” The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one body of water.” I…speechless. ”Just tell me, is it yes or no?” The receptionist: ”No.” Judging from her tone and expression, I guessed she was afraid I wouldn't stay if she knew it wasn't possible. Even if she was afraid, even if the salt flat really is just one body of water and not much to see, you can't use that tone to belittle your hometown or work city. You're supposed to be a tourism industry professional, right? 6. After parking, I was worried. What if there were other cars parked behind us? How would we get out tomorrow? My family confidently said, ”Don't worry, the hotel will definitely handle it.” The next morning, sure enough, our car was stuck in the middle. One end was blocked in front of the hotel, and the other end was a small white car parked diagonally, leaving insufficient space. I said it was quite early, and if the car belonged to a guest, they might still be asleep. The hotel probably wouldn't dare knock on the door, and they probably wouldn't know which room the car belonged to. My family blindly trusted the hotel and told the front desk we were going upstairs to pack our things and were leaving, so they should move the car quickly. And sure enough… they didn't move it. They told us to drive out through a small opening in the middle. That opening was… and next to it were two of the same model cars as ours, oh dear… two relatively wide cars. Even if they were wide, they were still standard-compliant cars, not trucks. Were we here to practice our driving skills? You're a hotel! Didn't you think about the possibility that both cars were relatively wide before telling us to park like that? Didn't you think that each car would leave at a different time? If there was a scratch, would the hotel compensate us? Would the hotel compensate for the other party's damage? But they really couldn't find anyone to move the car. We couldn't wait, so I had to direct them, and my family mustered up the courage to try. It took a lot of effort to finally get it out. Seriously, I directed them myself. The two ladies at the front desk were watching from behind. Sisters, were you just there to watch the show? 7- Finally, the receptionist wanted to give me a gift, but I refused. I asked, ”The order states that I need a parking space. Did you read the order requirements?” The receptionist very cautiously replied, ”No.” I was speechless..."
