"Reception first said that we hadn't paid, then they only had one room for us, even though we had booked two. Then the two rooms were on different floors. At 10 p.m. a hotel employee came into the room when we were already asleep. She had apparently got the room wrong, she said. You have to use the employee elevator and walk through the kitchen. Very strange."

"In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included."

"The hotel’s location was very helpful, especially because it is right in front of the train station. This made arriving at night much easier, especially when it was difficult to find someone who could speak English and guide us.
The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mary. The only challenge was the bathroom. The tub was small and slippery, and the half glass door did not fully prevent water from spilling out, so the floor became wet whenever we showered."

"The hotel is located in a small town near Strasbourg, about a half-hour drive from the city center. Because it was during the Thanksgiving Christmas market, the hotel price doubled. However, at the usual price, I think the hotel's environment and service would be acceptable. My room had a full set of kitchenware, so I could cook my own meals, making it a good choice for family trips. There are also old historical buildings and museums nearby, which are worth visiting if you have time."

"Wonderful location, directly opposite to the train station. Although along the main road it is not at all noisy. The only issue is it is currently under renovation, u will get workers walking in front of your windows, the management could in fact help to inform the guest before they check into the rooms. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. HHII HION TUNGThe hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap.

GGuest Userno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.

GGuest UserThe apartment was very nice.well furnished including the kitchen. It's located right by the border to Switzerland making it easy to visit Switzerland and Germany at anytime via Basel.
There are shops right in front of the Hotel so you can cook your own breakfast. They also have a swimming pool which was great to get some cardio in during the cold.
Only disappointment was that I left shoes in the apartment and the reception claimed they weren't brought so I was sad about this.
Otherwise Id highly recommend ☺️👍

AAnonymous UserI stayed in this hotel just one night, it's was near from Airport Basel. The right way is going to the Europcar shop and than go to out side, there is a upstairs, go to the parking 🅿️ and than the tunnel going to the Hotel, because the Google maps don't work very well and don't gave us this option to walk. This way will make your time better. Anyway the hotel was very nice and clear, for one night it's comfortable.
