"Excellent studio apartment, great location near Annecy. Check in was smooth, parking was extra fee but very reasonably priced. The apartment was plenty for our stay cooked breakfast and evening meal.
Bit of noise from the road but it didn't bother us.
Totally recommend and if we come back to Annecy we would definitely stay here again 😊"

"French hotels are incredibly stingy. Several hotels took our room keys after we left, some even refusing to return them. It was truly awful. All our charging devices ran out of power. They provided toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers, but even if you asked, they might not give them to you. They'd ignore you after you asked once, twice, or three times. Chinese hotels are so much better! French hotel breakfasts are absolutely terrible. The breakfasts in Italian, Spanish, and Austrian hotels are much better than in France. I don't understand why French hotels are so bad. The worst thing is that they don't provide water; they give you a glass bottle and tell you to get it yourself from the breakfast restaurant. This isn't environmentally friendly; it's garbage."

"The bathroom is too small, simple accommodation will be, the car can stop the hotel, but the charge, the factory outside the hotel parking is not charged. The hotel is close to the high speed and not far from Geneva Airport."

"A great hotel for you if you do a night Annecy. The room is not big but it's fine. There is a nespresso machine. The hotel's facilities are very pleasant. A fun and tasteful decor of the room where breakfast is served. Breakfast is very good. Fresh baked cakes, cake and others. In addition, croissants, stove bread, 2 types of eggs, cutting, yoghurt with muesli and notes, fruit. Very generous compared to budget hotels. There is also outside a terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and help you with whatever you want. From Sunday to Thursday there is even the possibility to take dinner here. A recommendation for the price! "

From the room facilities and service to the breakfast, the Royal Palace Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff were friendly, resolved issues promptly, and were very efficient. They also provided a complimentary valet service, which was likely a result of communication with Ctrip. (The price on the website at the time of booking differed from the actual price.)

The bakery attached to the hotel is divine (you can get a really hearty breakfast there), the staff is lovely, everything is clean, and the location is truly within walking distance.
Two minor details that didn't spoil our stay: the heating in the hallways was very high, and the view of the lake wasn't exceptional.
Another detail I greatly appreciated: the water fountain with mini glass water bottles, saving us from having to buy water outside or refill it from the taps in the room.

JjodeSoHotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby.
Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…)
Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower.
Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The whole center is not big and this kind of small hotel can be found everywhere. It feels more like a homestay. The ordinary room we booked was arranged on the top floor. The elevator couldn't go up and we had to climb the stairs ourselves. The room was very small and the overall facilities were average. Especially there is a door next to the bed that can't be opened, which makes people a little scared... But lying on the bed, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance~
The breakfast is OK, but there are not many types. After all, it is a B&B.
The store clerk is very friendly.

It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.

Located at the beginning of the lake and small river (waterway), the accessibility is the best, the facilities are old, but the cleanliness is good.
When you open the window, you can see the buildings in the old city center and the waterways with clear water flowing in front of you.
