"We spent only one night in this hotel at less than an hour from our home and yet we have the impression of having left several days !
It was indicated “less than one minute from the casino” indeed I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the hotel was attached to the casino. A quiet and well soundproofed hotel. A warm welcome with offered winemakers.
A room decent to a small studio large with an entrance that desserts the bathroom and the toilets (individual) and a door that therefore separates the entrance of the room. Nespresso with doses offered and the possibility of requesting additionals quickly.
The swimming pool was very warm and mostly open from 9:30 to 21:00, however, was a low season.
A true firewall in the hall of the hotel with different quiet corners to put or play societal games that can be requested free of charge.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

"Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice.
The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns."

"This hotel is quite new on the edge of Ouistreham and is an ideal stopping point before joining the ferry.
The facilities were basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. You get a decent bed, air con, and small bathroom with shower and that's about it. There is no catering - you cvan have breakfast at a bench if you want - and no kettle or drinks facilities in the room. The place has an automated check-in system, which was on the blink when we visited. It is also a fair walk to get to Ouistreham's limited facilites. On the whole, we loved it."

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home!
Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good!
I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.
There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.
10/10 would recommend.

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)

The hotel is located in an alley on the edge of a commercial area in town, and the free parking is a huge plus. The room was clean and tidy, just a bit small. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good. There's a supermarket nearby too.

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

We booked this hotel because it was in a château and it looked romantic and unique .However there were many details lacking overall. Firstly avoid the restaurant at all costs even though the three course meal was only €29. The food preparation and quality was terrible. Please see attached photos. The salmon I had was overcooked from frozen salmon and the greens were likely frozen greens that were boiled to mush and no longer green. The risotto was just rice coated in some weird cream and had some tasteless pieces of chicken slapped on top. We did not finish the food.
They clearly also need more staff as our receptionist was doubling up as a waitress, and we noticed that there were some waits and gaps in service.
The room was compact and clean, but the details were lacking. For example, the fixtures and appliances were the cheapest variety possible and didn’t match the Luxe feel that the hotel is going for. The location is slightly out of town and a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in the old town.
The grounds were tidy and very pretty in photos.

The reception is only available at fixed times and during the weekend they don't answer emails. I had problems with check-in because I had no instructions for automatic check-in. So I had to wait until 9:00 the next day to have the room available for only three hours. These are equipped apartments, they are very clean, quiet and the outdoor parking is free. Unfortunately, access to the video-monitored garage is not allowed. In summary, the structure offers an acceptable price/quality ratio.

The room, the passage between the bed and the wall, the shower, the sink, the toilet, the cup for tea in the morning, the breakfast tray, etc., are all small! This is unexpected.
However, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff is friendly and the parking lot is large.
It should be noted that although the breakfast selection is rich, I think the quality is average and there is no taste. I think I have had a better breakfast at other ibis hotels.

The hotel was a night with accommodation and breakfast is a little far from falling but the tram is at the door of the hotel ... In the breakfast lady that gives breakfast is a little unpleasant but breakfast is quite good.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
