Only in condos where people rent their apartments for less and you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself. So before you decide to stay here, while seeing that this hotel is cheaper than the others, think twice. Also be careful if you rent in summer, I stayed in winter, closed windows, it was ok, livable, they give a little heat, but not too much, but read the comments about staying in summer, there is NO air conditioning, and if you open the window, you will NOT sleep, it will be very noisy because of the trains and possible mosquitoes. Trust me, summers here are super hot! I lived in this area for 6 months in summer and I know what I'm talking about... Also be careful about the tourist tax, you will have to pay it too, like in any other hotel. But other than that, my stay was nice, PROs: - the hotel staff was super nice - you have a big balcony! - I loved the kitchen, big fridge + freezer + microwave.. you can cook whatever you want, they have a lot of utensils, so don't waste your money paying for breakfast. Auchan and others are very close - The parking opposite is FREE from 4pm to 9am the next day and free all Sunday! (they don't write anything on the parkomat, free or price..) so don't rush to pay for the hotel parking if you arrive on a Saturday or afternoon. - it wasn't noisy from other rooms or the corridor, we heard people walking sometimes, maybe the hotel wasn't crowded in December, that's why it was quiet? or maybe we got the corner room, I'm not sure... - it's very close to Massy-Palaiseau train station, it's a very big and connected station, I lived here before. - your full price trip to Paris will cost you Voie ** -＞ direction CDG Airport: 4.15 euros - big bed, mattress enough for me, neither too soft nor too hard. CONS: - they change the codes so often, from the parking lot, from the main gate, it's a bit tiring - Dec 2024: They started building extra train lines right behind the hotel, so the area is a construction site, noisy... - TV is cheap and doesn't have Netflix or digital channels, just 20-30 channels - Wi-fi is sometimes bad quality and if you work you have to pay extra to get extra speed - pillows are very small in my opinion - safe is located very high, if you are short you have to climb on a chair to see in it. Overall my stay was good, I chose it for the situation of the car with the parking which is more expensive in Paris. But if I had come by train I would have chosen a hotel in the Paris region in an arrondissement.

Located out of Paris but in a nice quiet town with convenient connection to express way. Hotel staff were very hospitable and put lots of efforts to make guests feel welcome. Simple yet fresh and delicious breakfast and the hosts at the restaurant and bar are very friendly. Lauryn at the front desk was so helpful to call our car rental company as we couldn’t contact them for return so she helped us with a few possibilities even until late night. EV friendly facilities available. Will defo stay again if we will be in Saclay area. Keep up the good work guys!

While booking it was showing 5km from the center but turned out it was 15Km but the bus stop is just in front of the hotel

I booked it for my boss to attend a meeting at the headquarters in France. He said that everything at the hotel was normal, with no significant positives or negatives, and he had no special feedback to provide.

A well-heated hotel, a comfortable litter but a bad thing that the reception after a certain hour is automatic: I took time to understand that there was another hotel in the same chain a few hundred meters away and that I was not at the right , first!!! A ”real” quite spacious shower. A location near the motorway, but cars are not heard.

I liked my stay withis hotel. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Tgere are some construction works around. But public transport is ok.

A lot of noise in the morning, children running and playing the corridor all day

The lamp in our room was broken upon check-in and wasn't replaced even by the time we checked out, despite us notifying the staff early. We stayed for 4 days. There was no fan or air conditioning in the room, so sleeping during the summer heat was quite uncomfortable. We also experienced constant noise from other guests passing by, with conversations audible even at 2 AM, and other room doors often left open, haha. However, the front desk staff were very kind. They assigned us a ground-floor room because we had a lot of heavy luggage, which would have been difficult to carry upstairs. This also conveniently gave us easy access to the complimentary hot water, coffee, and water dispenser located on the same floor. Additionally, McDonald's and Lidl were just a short walk away. Despite some of these issues, it was a sweet experience for us overall. Lots of love from Malaysia! :D
