"お部屋はとても綺麗でした。 受付までの道が結構しんどいです。急勾配な階段でした。 メイン通りから曲がる場所は分かりにくいですがGoogleマップでルート検索すると辿り着きます。 口コミで確認はしてたので、翌日宿泊予定だったナポリにてキャリーケースを預けて、一泊分のみの荷物を持って行き正解でした。あの階段をキャリーケース持って運べない、、、し、運んでくれる人は居ないようでした。 チェックインの受付の方はその日のチェックイン予定が終わったら居なくなるようです。 部屋のエアコンから水が垂れてきて対応に困りましたが、ワッツアップで確認。24度以下に温度調整すると垂れてくるとのこと。それをお部屋案内の時に教えてくれたらもっとサービスとしては良かったと思いました。 冷蔵庫にドリンクなど置いてますが、硬いので開ける時は注意です。勢い余って、瓶のドリンクが落ちて割れました。"
