"It's in a good location near Matsudo Station, but it was a little difficult to find the way. I left my luggage at the front desk before checking in, but they didn't let me bring it to my room. The window in the room had a small gap, so it was cold. The pet room was spacious and very nice. The bath was shallow and wide. The breakfast area was also spacious and delicious."

"My child and I stayed here to visit the school my child was going to attend. It was nice to be able to study quietly in the spacious space. We could hear the footsteps of the children of the guests staying on the neighboring floors as they played. The minimum cooking utensils were provided so we were able to cook our own meals and didn't have to go out to eat, which was helpful. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was also convenient. I have one thing to say, but I have allergies to house dust and other things, so my nose got really stuffy when I slept. I wish the futon had been dry cleaned. Otherwise it was clean and we were very comfortable. Thank you for your help."

"Right next to Kitamatsudo Station. I accidentally got a smoking room, so I had to go in, but the smell was so strong that I couldn't stand it for even 10 minutes.I couldn't stand it, so I called the front desk to request a non-smoking room, even though it would cost a lot of money to upgrade. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told, ``The non-smoking single room has been canceled, so there is no additional charge.'' It was helpful! thank you very much!"
