"Parking was convenient, and the bathroom felt newer as it had been renovated. Self check-in was a plus. However, the room's paint looked like it hadn't been redone in a long time. The air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, making it very cold, and there was a lot of dust around the vent, suggesting it's not regularly cleaned."

"I love the location near to IOI mall and many shops nearby within 5 to 10mins drive. Room is comfortable except for the sound of door opening and closing of the neighbours which can hear inside the room. Another point is the few staircase steps to the apartment that might be slightly difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage."

"Hotel Review Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few areas that could be improved: 1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests. 2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging. 3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained. 4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."

"Room was good. Only thing was there was a glitch with the door card reader. The shower hose was leaking. And the ironing board surface was burnt."
