"The hotel was alright. Located in a relatively quiet area. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room 331 was big enough. The A/C was a bit loud as compared to a normal house split A/C system. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day even though I didn't request it. Unfortunately there wasn't any room safe so I had to carry my valuables around all the time.I didn't pay for breakfast so I can't qualify it. The reception was efficient and quick. The hallway is tilled so quite loud especially when other hotel guests are shouting across to other people, because they don't really care or are ignorant of the fact that the hallway echoes quite well. The shower had enough water pressure and the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo."

"Very reasonably priced old hotel in walking distance from luxury mall. Breakfast was average with good service. Pool is strange. The water appears to be green due to green tile but the water otherwise clean. Frequent power loss in the evening. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. It was hard to charge phones and operate computers at the same time.h Nevertheless, the good location and good price made up for the minor troubles."

"Close to Khon Kaen international airport and inner city. Room is clean and value for the price you paid. Cozy bed which was very surprising. The only cons are the toilet position is very hard to access and limited parking. Other than that, it is a great accom for quick business trip of you dont want something overly fancy."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had good facilities but no extra facilities like a pool or gym. Rooms are spacious. No breakfast on site, but Khon Kaen hotel is next door and their buffet was very good with proper coffee and everything. The location is very central. Only 3 kms from the Natural History museum! Overall I was very satisfied. I want to stay there again!"

"It was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well. The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area. The staff team are very friendly. I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again."

"Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center, Khon Kaen — A Well-Maintained Classic with Excellent Service We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete.
