This was a fantastic place to stay in Moab! It was just off of the Main Street, so it was quiet, but still close enough to walk everywhere. The little tiny house village was very cute and well appointed. Our unit was very well thought out, with any item you could need or want included, as well as outlets in convenient spaces for charging phones and such things. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and definitely book here again.

Andy E JungI went there with low expectations due to the low price tag, but it turned out to be the best value for money. Because it's new, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from downtown. However, it's closer to Arches National Park. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean, newer hotel in Moab. They clearly run very lean because the desk wasn’t staffed at check in or check out time. Our room was nice, with in-room bike or gear storage (loved it). The room was modern and open with a nice bathroom and extra sink outside of the bathroom. Overall a very good experience, however I would not recommend the restaurant downstairs for anything other than coffee.

Guest UserThis place is a gem in Moab. We were greeted by Mandy at front desk, very friendly and informative, also upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was spacious and clean. There were free tea and coffee at office. The place was very quiet.

Guest UserThe price-performance ratio is relatively high, there is a microwave oven downstairs to use, the moab is not big, it takes only a few minutes to live here to the city center, now the road is being built, but it does not affect anything. Saw two fawns in the yard

We stayed there for three nights. It's conveniently located 15 min from the park, and right next to a supermarket and fuel station. Surrounded by good options to eat and drink if needed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It has a small fridge and a microwave. There is a guest laundry that can be used ($2 per wash or dry). The staff was very friendly.

Next to the Arches National Park, the address location is great. It is suitable for staying for one night. The next day, the Arches National Park may be considered cost-effective in Moab. In fact, it is similar to the motel. The room is still quite big.

Very close to the arch park, remember to make an appointment in advance to the arch during the peak season. There are delicious meals and Thai food within walking distance. Self-driving stay is very convenient.
