we booked and stayed at this hotel just for a resting place before our flight. near NAIA, just enough for a 1 night stay rest, shared bathroom is good, hot water is working, bed is not too shabby but only provided 1 thin bed sheet, our rooms kinda noisy because it's near the highway you can hear all the vehicles commotion outside specially the trucks and buses horns. Have to close the blinds all the time because we can definitely be seen by commuters passing by. They have a cafe, but just don't try the food there not worth it. Better to buy outside

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The walk-in rate was significantly higher than online booking prices. The room had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a dead rat, and the TV was inoperative. Additionally, there was no hot water for showers, no WiFi, and the air conditioning was obstructed by curtains. The provided blanket was insufficiently small. The windows were broken, allowing loud vehicle noise from the outside to be constantly heard. Water was only available at the front desk, inconvenient for guests on higher floors. The hotel staff's behavior was unacceptable. They rudely interrupted our sleep at 2am to bill us for an extension, despite being informed we would settle the balance at check-out. This, combined with the poor room conditions, made for an extremely unsatisfactory stay.

The location is great. The staffs are accommodating. Clean room, especially the bathroom. Downside is no inhouse breakfast or restaurant that we can order anytime. However, there are drinks for sale at the lobby. You can also just order thru Grab/Foodpanda since there are just also fastfoods nearby.

Pros for this place: Pricewise, it's more affordable than getting a hotel if you want a location very near MOA. The place also has several 24hr convenience stores, atm, bakery and asian restaurants nearby. Got beddings, towels, wifi, and some basic household appliances to use. (Fridge, washing machine, cooking wares, dining wares). The place feels safe, with very visible and competent security staff. Downside during our stay was: They should update the phone number to contact the person in charge. Also which SM Sea Residences Tower the room is located (Tower C). We arrived at the place at 1:06pm, informed them by sms and called the number indicated, and we were expecting to go in the room by 2pm. But the place was available at 2:40pm. With this, We got second thoughts of returning to the place.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from T4 which made it an easy find but walking across the expressway to get there is very life threatening especially with luggage. Calls to the hotel went unanswered so I was unable to book airport pickup, hence the walking. The room is relatively spacious, perfect to open multiple bags if you need to get into your suitcase before the next flight. The soap dispenser in the room doesn’t work so I had to remove the lid to get soap which brings the question of who else opened it and how hygienic is it. The breakfast menu displays a lengthy list of options but when I asked, more than half of them were unavailable which is a bit of a turn off. The hotel serves its purpose for an overnight rest before a flight but much improvement is needed.

Good and quiet place . You can relax and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable . Surely I will book again next time .

hi there just want to recommend Pasay Rotonda Sogo Hotel because of the service and the stay i have there... Thank you, Sogo Hotel very nice staff. Every time I need something the staff there are always available for me and to other guest. They have a very good service to the guest very satisfying stay. Hope to see you again and I personally must say that I enjoy staying at your hotel.

Room is clean,facilities are in good condition.Staffs are very accomodating and helpful. The apartelle is situated in a peaceful and quite area. There is no walking distance convenience store or mall nearby, only a small sari-sari store by the neighborhood. I advice you to have a grab app for transpo and food deliveries, but if you dont have, Reception is always willing to assist you. 😊 It's also better if they an electric kettle available in the room so guests don't need to approach reception everytime they need hot water. Hehe 😊😊 Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay.

The place is near everything. A Nice place to stay before your flight. The place needs some upgrade and cleaning to make it spick and span. The unit they assigned me to has very weak internet connection. It drops off easily. Then a notice of delimquent payment from PLDT appears. After that, connection drops. The towels provided wont absorb wet particles on your body. It also has some feathers pulling away. The view from the hallway is superb. You can see the parking bldg just beside the property.

When we arrived in this hostel, their driver informed us that they have a FREE transport going to the airport. However, after he dropped us at the airport he asked for 250php fare which is a bit expensive cause it is only within 10 min. drive. We were disappointed cause we thought it was free. I don't know if the management knws abou this.
