Awesome food and service! 😊 We called them to book a private room like on the spot since we wanted a private room at once, and they provided it immediately. Serving time was just right. Overall, great! Definitely, we will recommend it to our peers and family 😊

Me and my family enjoyed our overnight stay in Joy-Nostalg. It was a smooth and quick check-in by front desk desiry. After the check-in, we also met their hands on managers Karen and Joy. Bellboy carlo assisted us going to our room. We stayed in one bedroom and we are amaze because it's spacious and clean. Whenever we need something their housekeepers are helpful too. I remember their names arjay, peter, ryan, medi and pj. We had our breakfast the following day in Nostalgia restaurant, the food is delicious and the service is great because of the attentive peeps eiriel, grace, gino and anthon. We will stay here again. Thank you Joy-Nostalg.

The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it. And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓 Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞 Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star. And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in. About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head. (Not recommended) Fix the bed people.

Stayed here on work and some food things about the place - liked the room I got . It was large with a wonderful clear view of the city. Rooms are well equipped and clean (thought the housekeeping forgot to clean my room one day); location wise is great with walking distance to restaurants and the malls (which are more than a plenty in this neighborhood). Staff was helpful and friendly though check in and check was long with all their paper work and adminstration process done sometimes manually. The breakfast - okay. More on the meaty side of items which does get heavy for morning. The gym is great. Would it stay here again - yes, it's a nice location and quiet area with a not too far distance from the office.

Super friendly staffs... very accommodating from parking assistant to front desk to their chamber maids and assistants. The location is so good too and have easy access to Robinson's Galleria. The bed are super comfy, plus I really love their shampoo, conditioner, lotion and their Body wash. Definitely will go back here soon. 😊

We went to ”Prime 22” for my fiancee bday celebration, it was romantic and we love the vibe there like very serene, classic music and all. The food was all good and recommendable, specially to the service crew who assisted us. Thank you so much, 11 out of 10!

Had a very pleasant and memorable stay here in Citadines Millennium Ortigas. We booked a 3BR, and although the layout is not your typical 3BR suite, the other room that’s separate is perfect in terms of privacy. Our unit is immaculately clean. It smells good too! Everyone’s very attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to front desk, bell service, housekeeping, breakfast peeps, security, and of course to Marvin and Glenn! My stay at Wynwood was excellent! All of the staff members were exceptionally caring and checked in on me multiple times during my stay. When the staff learned I'd caught a virus, Rachel sent a medical team to check in on me and repeatedly ensured that I had everything I needed to recover. I feel safe and cared for at Wynwood. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were immediately greeted right at the front drive, when we passed the concierge, and even by the housekeeping staff at the hallways. Check-in and checkout was a breeze, thanks to Ellyza and the team. The room was super clean and the amenities are complete. They even prepared fruits for us and towel art arrangements on our bedroom as a gesture for us newlyweds. It was super sweet, kudos to the staff. I'm actually torn with what the highlight of my visit was between the Water Spa or the breakfast buffet the next morning. My wife and I were already patrons of the Ace Water Spa since 2018 and we make sure we visit at least twice a year; it's always been consistently amazing. On the other hand, the buffet breakfast was unexpectedly insane. The selection was almost as good as a normal lunch buffet. There was fried chicken, there was an awesome mango-chutney fish fillet, and the soup was a creamy chicken soup that has the same texture as chowder. We had an amazing time and the staff even did a little song&dance for my birthday. All in all, that was a solid 5/5, will definitely return.
