Love the location. And ease of parking for the hotel. The room is huge and exceptionally clean with an nice bathtub. It is in a quiet area while accessible by walking to all the sights and nearby restaurants. If you are visiting Passau, this is the place to stay.

Always happy to come back! Very large rooms, elegantly furnished. Spacious shower. Good beds, Nespresso machine. Very nice ladies at reception. Garage up to 2.10m high :), wall box. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Great accommodation. Perfect for a city trip to Passau. Our dog was also welcome, which made us very happy. The bathroom is bigger than the whole room in some hotels! Everything is modern and super clean. The bed was top class. We slept like logs! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! It is a little impersonal because the reception is not manned in the evenings, but that didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht in Passau - und wir haben durch unsere späte Ankunft, und die frühe Weiterfahrt nie wen vom Hotel gesehen - und trotzdem hat alles problemlos und perfekt geklappt. Das Appartment war supersauber, riesengroß - für uns fast eine Verschwendung. Das ein- und auschecken hat auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt super geklappt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit, vorm Haus direkt unser eAuto auf dem dafür reservierten Parkplatz aufladen zu können. Definitiv ein toller Tipp - wenn wir mal länger in Passau sind, kommen wir sicher wieder!
