A somewhat outdated hotel, bedrooms in desperate need of modernisation. Breakfast on the other hand was good with plenty of choice. Ideally placed for easy access to city centre. Staff very helpful and pleasant. OK place to stay for an overnight stop

Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and breakfast covered continental as well as cooked English and cereals. Staff very helpful and let us stay in the foyer later as we were waiting for our boat and it was pouring with rain

The lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

We had a great stay in July at the Hotel Atrium. The room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and it was great for Families! It is a short walk to downtown Passau where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again.

We liked it a lot. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The best thing was the sauna and the whirlpool (yes, small, but free). Unfortunately, the parking costs €7, which I find excessive as a paying hotel guest, especially since there are hardly any other parking options in the area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I can't say anything else. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch!!! Bakery rolls, many types of juice, coffee specialties, fresh fruit, fruit salad, egg dishes, etc. I was delighted.

Beautiful reserved duplex suite, beautiful space, all comfort, good bedding, spacious bathroom, small private terrace. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast, varied, plentiful, of very good quality. Private parking under the fairly narrow paying hotel. Small problem: 2 identical frames placed a few centimeters from each other in the bottom room (1 too many). Close to town center, restaurants in 10 minutes.
