Отель выше всяких похвал. Сотрудники стараются. Очень чисто. Еда вкусная, на ужин брали сэт меню, качество неплохих московских ресторанов, подача и вкус, молодцы ребята. Завтрак простенький, но никогда не были голодными, все качественно. Пляж мягкий песок, океан, небольшие волны, теплый, уехали плакать хочется. Мы добирались больше обычного, водитель свернул не туда и мы оказали в отеле через 9 часов после приземления. 9 часов в дороге, вроде ничто не поможет зажить этой ране)) но уга Бэй смог. Это райское место с отличными ребятами, давайте чаевые они этого достойны!

We stayed at this hotel from the end of March to the beginning of April for 10 days! Several days we spent on excursions. We really liked the service, the cleaning of the rooms, we went to the massage at the beginning of our stay, the beach is the cleanest on Passikuda, while we walking towards the elephant rocks we saw how dirty it was near other hotels. Our beach in Uga Bay was cleaned every day, the security was watching so that no one left entered our territory. All hotel workers are friendly, they will always wish you a good day or a pleasant dinner, special thanks to the man at the reception (I don’t remember the name) who helped us move to another room when one became available. As for food, we had breakfast included, at the egg station at the entrance the cook cooked a very tasty omelet and rice pita (my love), for dinner I would like more days like the "Buffet", when you choose a variety of dishes and this dessert bananas with chocolate will forever be in your heart. Thank you Uga Bay for our vacation! I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the noise, enjoy the clean ocean with small waves, and relax their body.

Cannot recommend Uga Bay highly enough. We spent 5 nights here as part of our 11 night honeymoon. Staff absolutely first class, we were extremely well looked after from the minute we arrived. Food was exceptional, would have no hesitation in staying here again. The location, being able to open our door and walk straight onto the beach was fantastic, spotlessly clean with a peaceful laid back atmosphere. 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was convenient, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. (Balesh, Sugitha) The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable stay.

We had 5 memorable days at Uga Bay at the end of an unforgettable honeymoon. This is a truly wonderful hotel, serving incredible food with amazing attention to detail. Our bungalow stepped out onto the beach and the service from all members of staff was exceptional.
