Recomendo. Hotel padrão, confortável para dormir curtos períodos, café da manhã bomm! Quarto e banheiro muito limpo com acabamento moderno. Boa localização, perto da rodovia, e sem poluição sonora. Limpeza 10. Café da manhã 7. Quarto 8.

Hotel diferenciado, nos hospedamos na suíte Star, apartamento amplo, cama King maravilhosa, tecidos de extrema qualidade, ducha do banho bem forte, inclusive com uma banheira hidro separada bem grande, assim como as toalhas de banho novíssimas e gigantes, sem falar da vista panorâmica ímpar (de dentro da suíte mesmo) do 14° andar.

Excelente recepcao. Um atendimento esmerado. Garagem espacosa. Quarto confortavel. Cafe da manha. Um hotel excelente mas me senti enganado. No clube Meridien dizia Hotel com piscins e para minha decepcao soube que estava desativada desde a pandemia.

Cama boa,tamanho do quarto e banho muito bom..Apesar de ter sido apenas uma noite a estadia foi perfeita.Fomos para uma festa na qual a maioria dos convidados hospedou-se no hotel .Ótimo café da manhã ..É servido até as 10 :00mas estenderam para 11:00

Solicitei um quarto adaptado para cadeira de rodas. Me passaram o valor de R$410,00 alegando que o quarto seria da categoria luxo Premium. Então solicitei um quarto adaptado na categoria premium que custava R$290,00. Me informaram que não havia. Ora, preciso pagar mais por um quarto de hotel porque sou deficiente físico? Isso é um absurdo além de ser contra a legislação vigente.

Péssimo atendimento. O hotel não ofereceu janta para minha filha e a baba. Inúmero ligações na recepção, a reposta foi que não teriam o que fazer. Além disso, o atendente desligou na minha cara. Não recomendo nunca está hotel. Pior experiencia da minha vida em matéria hoteleira. Nunca mais volto sem dúvidas!

O Hotel infelizmente não está preparado para movimentos de alta ocupação. Cheguei na quarta feira dia 23 e tentei ver TV e a recepção me disse que não estava funcionando, mas que em uma hora voltaria, pois tiveram problema em um poste na rua. Acreditei, mas não se concretizou, fui embora na sexta dia 25 nov e ainda sem TV. Chegaram vários hóspedes no dia do jogo, sedentos para ver o Brasil jogar e o hotel sem TV. Outro ponto que também no dia da chegada, tentei comer algo e o hotel sem estrutura não tinha previsão e não atendia, com isso me recomendaram a pedir comida no Didios Burger ... enfim .. precisam se estruturar melhor para atender aos hóspedes
