Hotel Don Saul esta ubicado en el centro de Pasto, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas e iglesias para visitar. El personal es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar al visitante, el desayuno bueno aunque no habia mucho que escoger, agradecidos por la ayuda de Nataly, Alexandra y Ovideo cuando requerimos cambiar de cuarto debido al ruido tan terrible en la calle, tambien nos explicaron como llegar a Ipiales para visitar la Iglesia Santuario de las Lajas. Si usted desea visitar solo el santuario de las lajas puede hacerlo en un dia, desde el hotel toma un taxi al terminal de tranporte , ahi usted encuentra Vans (pequenos carros) con capacidad de 6 pasajeros que te llevan a Ipiales por $23.000 la ida y te dejan en la entrada del camino al santuario, el regreso a Pasto no lo haga despues de las 4pm porque en temporada baja es dificil la transportacion, ademas las tiendas en camino al santuario a la hora de almuerzo cierran y abren a las 2pm. Pero si se hospeda en Ipiales no hay problema con el transporte. Tambien en el santuario hay un restaurante donde usted puede degustar la comida tipica como el cui y la trucha. Si usted desea vistar el santuario , la laguna de la cocha necesitara mas de 3 dias, O hay taxis que ofrcen el paquete de un dia por $350.000 para visitar el santuario y la laguna y el cementerio en Tulcan donde este es famoso por sus hermosos jardines e historia. Finalmente, yo recomiendo este hotel por su hospitalidad, limpieza, y ubicacion.

Muy regular. Los salones de reuniones son muy poco funcionales: uno invadido por el ruido callejero, y el otro sin iluminación ni ventilación adecuadas. El servicio de alimentos es muy lento y de regular calidad. Habitación y baños limpios.

La atención de todo el personal está por encima de cualquier hotel en el cual yo me haya hospedado en Europa, Asia y América. Es simplemente superior su atención y su servicio. Son extremadamente atentos, limpios, considerados y grandes anfitriones. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar en Hotel Don Saúl y recomendaríamos ampliamente y con los ojos cerrados a cualquier persona este hotel. Muchas gracias por cuidarnos como si fuéramos familia.

Buen hotel, buen staff, buena infraestructura, lo mejor es que reciben mascotas, el lado flaco es que las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal son super ruidosas ya que en la calle hay cantantes callejeros, ventas ambulantes y tráfico pesado. El desayuno es muy desabrido, debería tener muchísima más variedad.... Cabe destacar que si tienen parqueadero propio.
