1 The bed and pillows are comfortable. 2 The owner is nice and helpful. 3 The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful heritage Patan Square! And with the local fresh market, restaurants, cafe and all kinds of shops around. 4 The whole flat is comfortable and we love the kitchen. 5 The roof top is great, you can see the view of the city. 6 Will like to stay next time! Recommend!

Overall good experience. The flat is located near the tourist site and accessible to shops. All cooking essentials and laundry can be done on site. The host is very friendly young man. He accommodated every single thing I requested. Thank you Sachin and will stay again.

A very cosy place - stayed here for odd 4 months and every single day it felt like home. The place is situated in the downtown and has almost everything (malls/restaurants/gyms/supermarkets) within a 500m vicinity. Also, Sachin is an incredible host and he will always be a call away. Highly recommended.

A very nice apartment spacious and clean, with a beautiful view - surrounded by mountains. The price is also attractive and the wifi network works great. location is great too, peaceful and close to sightseeing. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Our experience was perfect. Sachin was an incredible host, food tour genius and amazing guide all in one. Patan is a super cozy area, both calm and colourful. We loved the rooftop especially where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun and maybe catch some views of the mountain tops. If you want to book a stay that feels like home I recommend to book this one!
