Posizione perfetta per visitare Etnaland. Purtroppo l'hotel è in condizioni pessime. La pulizia manca da tanti anni. Non capisco come possano ancora permettere una pulizia così superficiale dopo tutte le lamentele che hanno ricevuto o letto nelle recensioni. Armadio con tovaglie, coperte e lenzuola alla mercé di tutti, chiunque può aprire l'armadio e fare quello che vuole. Macchie nei copriletti e pavimenti, polvere ovunque. Per fortuna avevo portato dietro qualche disinfettante per ripassare il wc che si presentava con macchie di urina asciutta. Mai più metteremo piede in questo hotel. Dispiace solo per l'educazione del ragazzo della reception e della ragazza al bar. Ah dimenticavo: nel frattempo che c'è gente stanno ristrutturando alcuni locali.

Ho soggiornato due notti in occasione della visita a Etnaland. colazione (voto 6) , cornetti vuoti da farcire torte e crostate varie acquistate nei supermercati. Pulizia voto due. Stanza e bagno pieni di polvere. Segnalato disservizio anche alla reception. Impiegato Sig.Barbaro super professionale e gentile, ci ha dato diversi consigli su posti da vedere e locali per andare a pranzare/cenare. Comodo per raggiungere Etnaland ma hanno ancora tanto...tanto....da lavorare. Parcheggio su strada, comunque segnalato già dalla struttura

Questo hotel è a 10 minuti da Etnaland, ma se ci tenete alla vostra igiene vi consiglio di andare altrove, anche in un posto più lontano dal parco. Fuori la zona è veramente squallida, nell’ingresso ho trovato sporcizia. Appena arrivata dentro la stanza (una quadrupla) si è presentata inizialmente come normale e pulita, ma non appena abbiamo aperto i cassetti abbiamo visto diversi peli, nel frigorifero non c’era niente e per di più c’era dello sporco nella maniglia. Nel lenzuolo una macchia e il bagno davvero imbarazzante: lavandino enormemente calcareo e “finestra” che dà sul corridoio 🤢. Personale tutto sommato gentile e colazione ricca, ma per fare il check-out non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Esperienza davvero orribile. So che questo hotel è a 2 stelle, ma dalle foto si prospettava più piacevole, per questo mi sento di dirvi DIFFIDATE DALLE FOTO.

Ho appena lasciato la camera e posso dire che per essere un 2 stelle è davvero confortevole,pulito ma soprattutto la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale rende il posto davvero perfetto!posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione...consigliatissimo!

Ho prenotato una stanza per una notte, ho ritirato le chiavi nel pomeriggio e sono entrato in struttura di notte. Camere molte spaziose, bagni grandi e puliti con tutto il tovagliato. Nella stanza c’erano frigobar, tv e condizionatore. È davvero una bella struttura.
