Nieuview Cottages 1 and 2

Absolutely fantastic. You can’t ask for more… Nieuview has it all. Excellent location, amazing views, top notch appliances, plunge pool… I could go on and on! This is what I call holiday. The only thing that we’ve missed was a shower in the unit that we’ve stayed in, but the view from the bath made up for it.

Excellent Great position, with marvelous views. Peaceful as beach is not suitable for children being a cold sea.

A wonderful few days in Paternoster. The accommodation was superb and the apartment well equipped. The location and access to the beach was a big plus and so well appointed. All round a great stay and highly recommended.

Amazing location with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed a lot our time and we looking forward to come back any time soon.

Lack of quality coffee machine / Nespresso / bean to cup was very noticeable & some kitchen cupboards needs to be fixed. The garage door was not working properly and luckily we were not wheel chair bound, as this would have been impossible to negotiate. This was sorted after we identified the issue We were expected to share the outside braai with the next door clients - and they had already planned a braai this wasn't an option- surely each unit can be fitted with a small outside braai in summer? Hairdryer is supplied - but the plug doesn't fit any of the wall plugs - unless you carry your own adaptor you won't be able to use the hairdryer. The bath needs replacement - hair was found in the plug (Not cleaned at all) and damage to bath is covered up with some product and makes it look quite old and used. The big issue is the staff doing laundry all day long on the premises with no consideration for guests wanting to relax end enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The front door was left open all the time and this caused a huge draft making an unbearable sound as the wind howls at the unit's door. Even after begging the staff every afternoon to please keep the door closed as it was unbearable inside - requests were ignored. We wanted to rest a bit in the afternoon (as we both came down with a bad flu) - after asking and closing the door myself many times I did loose my patience with the staff. These are 3 self catering units. I can not see the reason for staff having to be on the premises for the entire day. Doing washing and with no consideration for paying guests's privacy. The unit is very well located, views are great and easy to walk everywhere. Spacious and well furnished. Feedback from the host / owner was unprofessional and an attitude of - you are the only clients with negative comments - was an even great disappointment As very regular visitors to Paternoster we will find another place for our next visit
