Rodeway Inn Paterson Great Falls Park Area

A shabby hotel in a gim and decrepit area, but the room was clean, the staff was nice and,, and everything worked - hot water, AC, refrigerater, etc. However it was supposed to have WiFi in the room and the WiFi did not reach mine. With so many things requiring online access these days, this is important. And WiFi extenders are so cheap now there's really no excuse for it.

bed was full of hair and bathroom towels was yellow not clean.

It was dirty and there were Cockroaches all over the place. Worst place mentioned by my employee. Need to get reimbursed.

The only thing I liked about this place was that it was closed to the place I came to visit. This place needs to be checked by sanitation department I asked for a non smoking room and I found cigarettes ashes on the nightstand and floor. The headboard was dirty with some weird stuff. The bathtub water didn’t work so we had to use a bucket to take a shower, the toilet water was hot and the sink water was cold. This place was just a mess we put our own bed sheets that I had just bought because there was no way I was laying on that bed. We stayed there because it was too late to find another place and the reason we stayed was because it was so close to where we needed to be. And the next day when we were checking out 2 police officers where there looking for a man that had an arrest warrant. I was so scared please don’t stay here and the management was so rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

When i arrived, there were roaches in the room and no other rooms available. Was told i would have to contact ******* if i wanted a refund. Total inconvience, was not refunded and had to spend money for another room. Disappointed in the rodeway and *******.

The place was a dump. I didn't stay there I gave the key back and I stayed at Red roof in fair lawn. I want you to credit the money back to my credit card. I already called chase bank to dispute the charge. I called ******* that night but I guess you just want to ignore the problem. Why would you send me a survey when I never stayed there.
