I have had the privilege of staying at Zone by the Park, Pathankot for almost 7 months across multiple visits, and my overall experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Susma Madam, who has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and homely stay throughout my extended visits. From the very first day, Susma Madam’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality have made a significant difference in my experience. Managing long-term guests can be challenging, but she handled every situation with grace, patience, and a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was room arrangements, service requests, or any special requirements during my stay, her promptness and willingness to help have always been commendable. The staff under her management has also been well-trained, courteous, and responsive — reflecting the high standards she upholds. Even during peak times or unexpected challenges, Susma Madam has displayed strong leadership, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Spending such an extended period at any hotel can sometimes feel monotonous, but thanks to Susma Madam and her team, my stay remained pleasant, comfortable, and well-managed at all times. It genuinely felt like a second home. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and dedication, and I highly recommend Zone by the Park, Pathankot, for anyone looking for excellent service, especially under the able management of Susma Madam. Looking forward to my future visits with the same warmth and comfort!

The best part is that we’re getting homestyle food every day, and it’s even more delicious when prepared by Chef Mr. Himanshu. However, the rooms are quite small and feel a bit congested. That said, cleanliness and overall maintenance are good. There is a gym available, but it can accommodate a maximum of two people at a time.

Very cooperative staff and such a pleasant environment. Food was good and our stay was so pleasant. We enjoyed a lot and everyone made us feel so comfortable. Ms. Nishu managed an event there and she was so responsible and ensured that everything was smooth. Professional staff and great management.

From entrance it was just amazing 🤩 With warm welcome 🤗 View of rooms were elegant and clean was upto mark,food was good but could be bit fast ⏩ overall was 8/10,. Staff were friendly and helpful any every point 👉 👉 Will come again 🔜 soon Best wishes special to floor team....
