the room was new, clean and ok... the service personell was very friendly. the surroundings is beautiful... its close to the beach,,, and has a great pool. i tried a lunch at the beach resturant , it was not the best experience i had,, the menu was almost unreadable and the staff not so interrested in us... breakfast is ok ... missed bacon tho, but when i return to Thung wua Laen beach next time i would stay at Nana again,,, i really like the place .. there was one receptionist that could speak good english and she was just great,, very helpful and serviceminded.. when the eletricity was gone for a few hours due to maintenance they called me the day before to offer me to stay at another hotel while it was gone .

Transition hotel from Koh Tao, beach side, small villa, not expensive, catch crabs in the rain on the beach at night. It's a pity that it was night when I arrived, and it was early morning when I left. It’s raining in the room to drag the box to different buildings, you know. Then the room is not big, but there really is no other choice, this one is not recommended for rain

We arrived here yesterday and booked a private villa. A lovely place with its own garden and an open-air bathtub. However, we were very disappointed that the hotel couldn't provide a sun lounger for our garden. As there are no sun loungers on the hotel's own beach either, we have to lie on the ground if we want to relax. A great pity and quite astonishing for a 4-star beach hotel!
