The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Quick response at the reception. The stay was very much comfortable. Rooms were clean with all basic amenities. Additional requirements were also met on request. The food was very good and service was quick.

All was good but the price of food very higher side.. it must be give feedback to hotel… otherwise the reception staff very nice and cooperative

My experience at the hotel was quite average. Although it's advertised as a 4-star property, there was nothing that truly reflected that standard. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the ac wasn't working. To make things worse, there was no fan in the room, so we had to rely solely on the malfunctioning ac. Room service was also disappointingly slow. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.

The suite room is pretty good. In the middle of the city. Staff was helpful. Has a nice parking area. Was very clean and well maintained.
