Very nice location, rooms (I was staying in the main building) are completely renovated. The position is perfect, close to the centrum and the port. You can easily reach all beaches. Owners and staff are all very nice ready to help you. Breakfast is complete with a nice buffet. If you look for a simple but cosy location with all conforts is the right place.

Great location. Simple hotel, has clean rooms. Dinos the owner hands on, and the staff is very helpful. There are many good restaurants and cafes around hotel. You can reach city center in 5 minutes. You can also swim in 10 min walking distance. Overall, great value for your money. Breakfast was 5 Euros, and awesome. Cant beat this.

Great location. Simple hotel but it has clean rooms. Staff is helpful. There are good restaurants and cafes around hotel. You can reach city center by a brief walking, like 5 minutes. Overall, a good value for money. I did not experienced any negative case.

Disgusting place we found cockroaches. The rooms were not renovated as they advertise extremely small and humid. The owner had no manners at all terrible customer service and overall a very bad experience. If you want to ruin your experience in Patmos stay at this “hotel”.

Η υποδοχή του κυρίου, ο οποίος μάλλον είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης, δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλική και ευγενική. Όταν ρώτησα το όνομα του δεν μου απάντησε. Ως προς την καθαριότητα την πρώτη μέρα όταν γύρισα στις 2.00 το μεσημέρι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ακόμα καθαριστεί. Όταν πέρασαν τρεις μέρες τους υπενθύμισα ότι δεν είχε γίνει αλλαγή σεντονιών. Το πρώτο βράδυ ανακάλυψα την ύπαρξη μιας υπερμεγέθους κατσαρίδας και επικοινώνησα με τη ρεσεψιόν. Η απάντηση είχε μια δόση ειρωνείας και γενικά θεωρήθηκε πολύ φυσιολογικό. Το επόμενο βράδυ βρέθηκα και πάλι αντιμέτωπη με μια κατσαρίδα. Μετά την πληρωμή του δημοτικού φόρου και την ερώτηση μου για απόδειξη μου ζητήθηκε το email μου και τα στοιχεία μου για να σταλεί ηλεκτρονική απόδειξη, κάτι το οποίο δεν συνέβη ποτέ. Γενικά οι εντυπώσεις είναι αρνητικές και το μόνο θετικό ήταν η θέση του ξενοδοχείου σε σχέση με την απόσταση από το κέντρο.
