Good service with customer friendly service. Room cleaning & maintenance is best. To serve water changing bedsheets & tower changes recommended after two days. House keeping Alok kr& aAmitesh Saurav are very customer friendly. Noce service

It's a fantastic place to stay at Patna with a pleasant ambiance. All rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful (Specially thanks to Jamshed and Alok) Food was also Good and rooftop swimming pool was fantastic.

Our stay with hotel was good staff is very friendly specially housekeeping.We loved the service of Jamshed.Dinning hall service was ok.Suggestion we can appreciate addition of different fruit yogurts and fresh fruit juices.bathrooms outside the dining hall were ok no toilet paper

It was one of those trips where you did not know what to expect from the place (in this case the hotel). However, Lemon Tree, Patna exceeded whatever expectations I had and didn't have as well The staffs were amazing to say the least, the place was clean, the food was amazing. My trip was for business which required a lot of travelling within the city, every evening when I came back from the tiring and long day, The amazing and extravagant hospitality and welcome this place provided me gave me the most comfort and relaxing ambience one can hope for. Nothing short of perfect is what I would use to describe my stay. Thank you so much to everyone who there!
