My wife liked everything. The service is good, the room is spacious and has a coffee table and two chairs. However, there's no "sea view". There's another building right in front of the hotel. So the question of how the hotel came to the conclusion that it has a sea view remains to be answered. There are flakes of some kind of translucent film floating in the pool. Overall 4 out of 5.

Left my clothes at room wardrobe. I realised on the same day and contacted the hotel via emial, no reply at all. Called the hotel and said unable to find. That’s impossible.

Hotel location is within walking distance to shopping malls and Pattaya beach., Hotel have a nice swimming pools and ample parking space to park your car. Guest friendly too..

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Terminal 21. The facilities are in the classic Thai resort style and are well maintained despite some years.

This hotel is convenient to the supermarket and mall, but the 7 eleven is a bit far. Hotel rooms are old, and many cracks on the wall. There is no key card. That means there is no air condition on when you go out. During the night, the air condition may get stuffy and noise. After i opened the door to the housekeeper for just few minutes, my room was full of humidity on the floor and mirror, see attached pictures. The water pressure from the bath is very poor and weak. I didn't enjoy my shower and get good shower everyday. It has hot water. The swimming pool area is good and they have refresh drinks for nearby the pool side area. Rooms has no view. Most of the staffs are good. They provide soap, qtips, but no tooth brush, no toothpaste and no sandal. So you may want to bring your own.
