Extremely Disappointed – Poor Condition, Extra Charges, and Misleading Listing This review is based on a stay at a pool villa, booked two weeks in advance for a family trip of seven people. Major issues we encountered: • Cleanliness problems: The villa was dirty upon arrival; the floors were dusty, with hair and dirt scattered everywhere. The bathrooms were not clean, and drainage problems caused water to flood the floor. • Bathtub hygiene: Trash and debris were left inside the bathtub, clearly not cleaned before our arrival. • Poor pool maintenance: The swimming pool was full of fallen leaves and flowers, indicating no proper upkeep. • Neglected outdoor area: The garden was overgrown with weeds, and old trash was left lying around. • Plumbing issues: Multiple bathrooms had clogged drains, causing significant inconvenience during our stay. • Limited electricity usage: The villa imposed a strict electricity usage limit, and any excess usage incurred additional charges. This was not clearly communicated upfront. • Kitchen appliance issues: Electrical appliances in the kitchen were not functional. • Insufficient kitchenware: Only minimal utensils were provided — just one plate, one bowl, one fork, one spoon, one knife, and a single glass, which were clearly not enough for a group. • Poor communication with property management: When issues were reported, the responses were slow and unhelpful, making it even more frustrating to deal with the problems. Overall, the property appeared neglected, poorly maintained, and unprepared to receive guests. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high expectations set by the misleading listing and the price we paid. If you are searching for a clean, fully-equipped, and professionally managed pool villa, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. I sincerely hope this honest review helps future travelers avoid the same disappointment.

The worst pool villa I’ve ever stayed in. The house was dirty, the floor was dusty, and also there are hairs in both restroom. Felt like the only thing they did before we checked in was making the beds. The house keeper and the owner were rude and didn’t even say sorry about what happened and still charge for the electricity.
