It was more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The walls and windows were so thin that you could hear the street noise from both sides all day long — the constant sound of motorbikes would drive you crazy, and sleeping without earplugs was impossible for me. There’s no elevator and no breakfast at all… but honestly, the noise is the worst part of this place. There’s a reason it’s cheap.

No elevator, but for this price it’s ok, walls are not soundproof, the ventilation system is not good that’s why you can see fungus on the wall

Fairly large room that is at a goid location. East to go to the beach, shopping mall. A few 7-11, restaurants and cafes near to the hotel. Staff is friendly. WiFi was a bit unstable on the 1st day

Front Desk always available anytime. Large TV screen. A bit noisy outside but tolerable. The room smells too much of air freshener. Overall it's good.

Pros: 1. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. 2. The daytime security guards are very friendly.
Cons: 1. No cleaning. 2. Only two bottles of water were provided on the first day. 3. The curtains must be kept closed at all times. 4. The bathroom drain doesn't drain. 5. No hair dryer. 6. It's a four-story building, but there's no elevator. 7. There's only one room key.

It is a nice hotel to stay and look around Pattaya strand road. Although the hotel has only stair, it is good to stay for overall.

It is centrally located in Pattaya, the rooms are clean, and the value for money. The only problem this hotel needs to improve is the Wifi.
As one can see in the attached picture, it is worse than a month ago I stayed.
