Unixx Sunshine Cozy Hotel

Excellent alternative to a hotel, lived 9 days, everything was fine. You need to understand that this is not a hotel and agree on cleaning on the spot. There is a kitchen so that cooking is not a problem, but I did not use it. High floor - beautiful view! There is a balcony, two air conditioners in the room and in the bedroom. The condo is not new, but for what was paid everything was great.

There were cockroaches in the room. We contacted the owner and they called for cleaning, put a seal on the door, but the problem was never completely fixed, they ran in periodically. The elevator system is simply terrible. 4 pieces for such a building do not cope at all. There is a queue in front of the elevators, the men's sauna did not work.

The room is good, as advertised, the view is very beautiful, the facilities are very complete. I will come back to stay again.

Not very clean, a used bath towel was thrown in the middle of the living room as soon as you entered the door, and the facilities were a bit old. The location is good, the things are quite complete, and I am generally satisfied.

The accommodation is so-so, cleaning is for 2 people between guests, the furniture is so cheap that there are no words. Some pieces of furniture look like they were dragged from a dump. The sofa is sunken and stained, horrible. In general, everything is in such a state that it took half a day to clean it, in the first minutes I wanted to run away. The location is so-so, only Hindu Street is very close. The amenities are also like some kind of hostel, you can wait for the elevator for 15 minutes (very annoying), you can’t run out to the store for matches from the 30th floor. I don’t understand at all how this accommodation can have a rating of 4.7 ????? And the price for accommodation? I will never stay in this complex again.
