FX Hotel Pattaya

If you're traveling to Pattaya by bus operated by Roong Reuang Coach from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, this hotel is not far (1.3 km) from the company's Thepprasit Bus Terminal.

My experience at FX Hotel Pattaya was unfortunately not as comfortable as I had hoped. When I first arrived, I could not unlock my room door. I had to go back downstairs to ask for help. A staff member came up to check it, but the door still could not be opened, so the key card had to be replaced. Even after that, the door was still difficult to open, and I felt worried that I might not be able to get back into my room easily after going out. The electric kettle also had rust on the bottom, so I asked for it to be replaced. The staff did replace it with a new one, which I appreciated. However, I think these things should be checked before a guest checks in. There was also an unpleasant smell from pigeon droppings around the window, so I was hesitant to open the window because I was worried the smell would come into the room. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a positive point. However, I felt that some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and the service did not feel equally warm toward every guest. I believe every guest should be treated with the same level of friendliness and respect. I also did not feel comfortable using the swimming pool because it is located right near the entrance, so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Overall, the spacious room was good, but I hope the hotel can improve its room inspections, door/key-card system, cleanliness around the windows, and customer service.

Room is bigger than most. Very near the stops we wanted so we were able to walk to them or jog whichwas great. The gym and pool was enough for a quick morning stop before our tour stops.

Amenities are really in bad state. Location is not so bad. It is smelly in front of the hotel. The key is also inconvenient. It's so hard to open the door.

I book here it the last minute hotel staff upgrade me to the bigger room,near 7-11 room quiet,have swimming pool,I like it thank you
