This is the third time we stay in royal cliff as family trip. Still enjoy the stay as so many things to explore. Pool water is bit cold in Dec. We didn’t swim much but still enjoy the stay . Breakfast is good choice, so recommend to buy it together when stay 😀

Ceiling / wall is paper thin. Foot steps from neighbor above is beyond loud and annoying for multiple nights (different guests above too). Front desk wasn't able to help much after repeated complaints.
There was a dinosaur display that facing the balcony that roared throughout the nights.
Location is good - in a quiet secluded spot. But the hotel grounds is huge and nearly impossible to walk out to try outside restaurants (unless you get a taxi).
Balcony has bird poop since day 1, wasn't cleaned during the stay.
Only received notice that part of the infinity pool is closed for repair AFTER booking.

It was a great experience which the sea front view making this vacation sensational. Staff were nice and polite ambit location was top notch in the whole of pattaya. I would recommend for families.

Bit dated. And the location is a bit annoying there is no 7/11 very close. There are some nice restaurants nearby tho. The pool is really nice

I’ve been told that Pattaya is a very good place to visit in Thailand but I will admit that the best thing in Pattaya is this hotel. The views, pools, rooms, food & service are a god tier. Plus the sunset looks beautiful from the pool side. Must recommend anyone looking for a good hotel, go for this!!
