Mood Hotel Pattaya

So nice place and very clean. Nearby the beach, shop, and the Central department store by walk.

Nice design, close to the beach, prepare your own tooth brush and tooth paste, only shower gel, shampoo & soap are prepared for you. The carpet is very dirty, it's better if they just put it away. The floor is not very clean and no slippers. The self check in counter let you check in faster by yourself. After self check in give the paper to the staff and they will give you the key. Overall still have a nice stay with affordable price

The cubes in reception were located in a dangerous position in the middle of the walkway. Two people including myself tripped over these. I sustained injuries to my leg. Reception did nothing until we spent 10 minutes complaining it was dangerous. Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to a dangerous reception and an overall poor level of service. For example not servicing rooms and then missing several items like water, shampoo and rubbish.

It’s conveniently situated near key attractions yet offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. What stood out most was the excellent service. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I highly recommend The Mood Hotel for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. It truly lives up to its name, creating a mood of relaxation and happiness. I can’t wait to return!

This was an amazing place to stay in the Pattaya. Very stylish and colorful rooms, decorations, that brings joy and the most positive vibes. There is a great supermarket “big c” nearby and the Terminal 21 mall, where you can get by foot in a 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend 🙂

Very good location and nearby the beach. Hotel room design is nice but the room is very small. Many food stalls around the hotel area.
