Beautful from affar! However, the hotel moved me to 3 rooms, and I found that each was dirty / filthy and not comfortable in any way!

Hotel is located in prime location. Exterior a little bit old but heard they will renovate soon so hotel offer good price. One more point that I love this hotel very much, friendly staff and always smile.

Service was good but the facilities need badly maintenance, hallways has barely any lights..amenities was none existent in our room..booked a double room..got two twin beds instead!

This unit is expensive for what it is. The room is not clean. The walls are scuffed and dirty, not only in the room but the entire hotel. Hotel has cobwebs in the corner of hallways, etc. etc. Comedically dirty to be honest. The shower initially spat out some kind of rust the first time I turned it on. The bed sheets seemed "clean enough" but they weren't perfect. Many of the lamps and lights in my room did not work. Center of the room did not have a light, so the room was kind of dark at times.
The service was nice enough and friendly. They made me wait for check out as they checked the room...which was silly considering the quality of the hotel. English from the front desk was fine.
Breakfast was not great. Limited choices and things were not filled very quickly. Not great taste nor quality.
The location is far from any tourist attractions like the beach front, walking street, Temple of Truth, etc. etc.
Out of the 3 elevators, one was broken. Pretty sure the 2nd one was on the way out...it was making noises.
I would not recommend this location. Find somewhere else that is cheaper. It is undoubtedly better. Or just pay a little more and stay at somewhere a little more reputable. I frankly was a little catfished by this location. No pictures as I was frankly just here to sleep and then leave ASAP.

Good value for money. Location is great; not too far from Bua Khao and beach road yet far enough so it doesn’t disturb you and you can rest. People at the front desk are helpful and understanding. However, the room phones don’t work, and the exhaust fan in the toilet didn’t work either. But I’d still recommend the hotel.

Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff
Rooms were old and dusty, broken light switches, no toothbrushes provided
It's quite far away from most Pattaya attractions, and it looks and feels like it has been due a full renovation since about 1980. Very dusty carpets.
Not my go to Pattaya hotel but I'd stop there again if everything else was booked up.
